The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are perfunctory, not maintained, dirty blankets, dirty mattresses, smelly toilets, no doormats. Only TV and AC are a plus.

It's a shame now that this hotel is so poorly managed. The rooms are really dirty, the bathroom roof is also moldy. I don't get toiletries anymore like before. The middle building also seems empty, now the receptionist has been moved in front of the foodcourt. Hope it will be better :)

Please the room smells 😐 The TV doesn't work, there's no mirror, there's no decoration, the bathroom is gosh. I'm disappointed with the price of almost 300 thousand but the room is a mess. ☚ī¸.

Ini saya booking di range 190.000 per malam. Saat masuk kamar bau rokok menyengat. Kasur terutama bantal banyak rambut saat saya buang ternyata di lantai banyak rambut juga. Kasur sprei kusam. Kamar mandi karatan, kaca blur seperti jarang di lap. Bagian atap bocor plafon. Kotor lantai banyak debu samping TV. Kasur lumayan. Bantal tidak layak pakai tipis banget. Coba deh pihak hotel di beri staff lebih untuk bersih-bersih seperti standart umumnya aja. Jujur saya baca riview sebelum check in mungkin gak separah review orang-orang ternyata saya mengalaminya.

Kamar hanya ada kasur, TV, AC, meja kecil, dan yang paling parah banyak semut merah. Kamar mandi pun bocor sedikit jadi air netes terus. Ya sesuai harga sih jangan berharap banyak dari harga 200k semalam.

Aduh ketipu banget banget, waktu c/i lewat aplikasi dapet harga 120. Tapi pas sampe sana gak banget kamar nya, akhirny upgrade ke superior family dan nambah biaya, tapi sama aja kualitas kebersihannya 👎👎👎 di bawah bed nya kotor banyak debu rambut ada sisa-sisa botol minuman, wifi nya gak bisa sama sekali. Pengap kamar mandi lembab, kotor banget kasur nya juga gatel kalo di pakai tidur. Gak mau kesini lagi dan jangan kesini, ketipu!
