small and narrow room, mossy ceiling..no fan and TV..bathroom door can't be locked, bathroom size 1m X 1m is very narrow..Wifi signal only reaches the room once, so it can't be used except in the lobby and in front of the hotel.

Everything is good. The staff is friendly and fast. The cleanliness is also thumbs up. For the owner. This can be a consideration to increase the staff's salary. It is very difficult nowadays to find employees who are diligent and sincere in serving. This is from personal experience, sometimes staying in a 4-star hotel does not necessarily get good service. Thank you for providing comfort to us 🙏. Maintain what already exists.

The hotel staff is very friendly, only the photos of the rooms in the app are very different from the real ones, the rooms look like they are rarely used because they are stuffy and have lots of leaks, it is really mediocre, maybe it is in accordance with the price, I chose it because it was only for sleeping, but what is very unfortunate is why the photos are very different from the real conditions.

Untuk harga segitu tidak worth it dengan fasilitas yang dikasih. Tidak ada pendingin ruangan, padahal disitu bukan daerah yang terlalu dingin. Jadi kami tidur kepanasan, anak-anak saya sampai buka baju tidurnya.

Mattress according to the order of 2 beds. It turned out to be a single bed. Single size 160 too . If both of you can fall down. Clogged toilet drain. Flooded water. That's funny. Break fast n coffee ok lah. Service is ok too.

Receptionists and staff are friendly, rooms are quite spacious and clean, hot water is sufficient, the only drawback is that the bathroom is too small so it is not free, standard breakfast according to taste only portions are too small.At all quite pleasant to stay at Trivadoh
