The room was okay. The beach was clean. But the breakfast was very lacking. The chicken was fried dry and tough, and there wasn't even any chili sauce. The dry breakfast menu was hard to swallow. It's best to change the chicken menu; don't have the fried chicken so dry that it's hard to eat. I ate it for two days until my gums hurt.

I'd love to be able to request free decorations again, but since breakfast is on weekdays, there's not much variety, it's really sad. I've stayed on weekends and had a lot of breakfast options, but this time I only had rice and chicken. So far, the location is great, everything is aesthetically pleasing, and there are lots of photo spots, but the breakfast is lacking.

The view is great, but the breakfast isn't. There aren't many options, and the food isn't very good. The side dishes to accompany the rice are mediocre. And there's the long wait to make the omelet. Hopefully, next time, they can improve the taste, so it's not just about the view.

The hotel staff was very friendly, but the food was very minimal at breakfast, not befitting a 4 star. Not to mention when we went to sleep, the lights in the room went out in the middle of the night, I thought it was all the lights out, but it turned out that the meter was only us. Maybe the room was not prepared properly.

In all three rooms we had significant air conditioning problems. Maintenance couldn’t fix the problems even though they tried. Many staff were great but a few had big ego’s.

The price of a room of 2.5 for 3 people is very unreasonable, the additional mattress is thin and uncomfortable to sleep on. The staff is unfriendly and not good. The restaurant has few choices of food, it can't be eaten because it is bland and the side dishes are salty. The distance from the room to the restaurant/swimming pool is very far, and it cannot be delivered using a baggie. Walking when it is very hot. The sea is also not clean.

The booking and check-in process was smooth, the hotel staff was friendly and informative, the hotel atmosphere and rooms were comfortable, the breakfast menu was varied, and the views were enjoyable.
