Turtle beach hotel is really worth it for those of you who want to vacation at Ujung Genteng beach, the road access is not too complicated, close to the main Ujung Genteng route, delicious food, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff, I think I will come back here later if I bring a large family, the place is also good for events "direct view to the beach, when there is something left behind, the admin is fast response asking for help to store it first to be picked up later, there are massage facilities too and it is pet friendly, thank you to all staff & hotel owners for making my family vacation so much fun ☺️😊

For Turtle Beach Hotel, I was really disappointed staying here. I will review my honest impression. Entering the room, it turned out to be dark, only relying on one light, and that was a yellow light. If the room was covered with curtains, and the bathroom in room No. 1 smelled, I can still imagine the smell of trauma from sleeping with the smell of the bathroom all night. The bathroom shower also needs attention, how come the water only comes out 3 points like a leaking pipe, fix the blockage so that guests can shower with water flowing smoothly. The soap dish is also really scary, I'm afraid to use it because it looks like it hasn't been cleaned, it looks old, and it also leaks from the AC, luckily it's in the bathroom huhu and provide a kettle for hot water when in the room there is coffee for brewing but there is no tool for hot water, for those who bring children to make milk, it's confusing where to heat it, I swear. For breakfast we have to go to the restaurant and choose fried rice, omelettes and instant noodles, sob, not a buffet. I give a positive yes it's better to play outside the room often, it's indeed aesthetic and the room can have a private beach that is free to explore and the beach is very clear blue, masyaAllah, the swimming pool is also nice and the hotel building is also nice. It's just that the room is the only problem that needs to be improved because Turtle Beach is the number 1 hotel to search for Ujung Genteng. Indeed, from the beginning the road is very damaged, even the road to the hotel is badly damaged, the government please pay attention again so that local tourism will be more popular✅🌴

The breakfast menu at the restaurant is very limited, not served buffet style but ordered through the waiter and only available fried rice, omelettes and boiled instant noodles. Guests can only choose one... The room does not have slippers, wardrobe, hanger, soap and no water heater, but instead a thermos of hot water is provided. For me, it is not worth the price.

I chose a family room for almost 1 million rupiah on a weekday. For this type of hotel, it should have been fine. But unfortunately, the facilities, even the smallest details, were terrible. From check-in, the staff was uncommunicative, and they didn't give me the WiFi code. What about breakfast? Where was it? When I arrived, I was greeted by ants. There wasn't even an electric thermos, only Kapal Api coffee, no tea, etc. There weren't any spoons or tissues. The electricity hadn't even been turned on when I arrived. I didn't even have a phone in the room to call. In my experience, when checking in, there's usually a note with a phone number and WiFi password. I had to go up and down to ask for help. Finally, I took the initiative to get the admin's number from Google, like asking for an electric thermos. They gave me a regular thermos and boiled hot water. I got room 10 upstairs, and the glass door was broken. And what I really disliked was the dogs roaming around while I was sitting in the room. I was almost attacked by a dog on the beach until I was about to be hit with my sandals. Please help the hotel management, as Muslims, it's very dangerous to be exposed to their saliva. Breakfast options are only fried rice, omelettes, and noodles. The plus side is the beautiful view, clean beach, and clean swimming pool. There are also photo spots.

My first time staying here, the check-in time at 1 PM was actually quite long, and there was a fee for early check-in, so even if I arrived early, I had to wait. Overall, the place was nice, but there was no water heater, even though a room priced at around 1 million rupiah per night should have been, and the amenities in the room were also lacking in my opinion. While the view was great, unfortunately, the road access was very bad, and finding food around the hotel was very difficult.
