We booked a room at the reception and had a room with twinbed on the ground floor. By our Officers provided according to what we asked for. After occupying for half an hour. The room is falling apart ... The kids have all showered .... Our room is knocked. The officer apologized for the size because the room we occupied was booked by the entourage because the room is a connecting room. The reason that gave us a place turned out to be the hotel leader who had just come from Jakarta. He confessed his mistake for not knowing the previous request. Finally we were given a room on the 2nd floor. After we moved with the officers who had prepared our help .. We got the same room. It's just not twinbed. It was a queen size bed. We convey to the officer .. by the officers are conveyed to the leadership .. for a moment the direct leader came and told us. Once again he apologized and gave us another FREE room next to us. At first we did not want .. because we did not want to split room with children. He said do not be shy to wear it. We ask for time to negotiate. No room for consideration of our family we do not want to ask excessive and do not want to harm the hotel GRAND CITY INN. But his word Extrabed it out ... do not hesitate to use the room for free ... Finally we accept after he convinced us .. It means one room message in GRAND CITY INN we get 2 rooms. Incredible ... because this holiday season alias Peak seasson ... Thank you for the Grand Cty Inn ... we are very appreciation .. and hope to be back again stay there ..and inform and recommend our friends to stay there. ....
