Spacious & clean room, complete in-room facilities, overall feels comfortable. Intentionally stayed at UB Guest House and it proved to be easy for us to attend our child's graduation at the Samantha Krida building. We also took the time to take a morning walk and Beam in the afternoon around the modern, beautiful and green UB campus. A very pleasant and satisfying experience to be able to enjoy UB Guest House on the UB campus, of course will come back again later.

All was good, I attended the inauguration of my son at UB. The venue was just a walking distance from the guest house. Staff were also very friendly.

Even though it is a guest house, the facilities and services are good, equivalent to a 4-star hotel. It is a good accommodation if you have children or activities at Brawijaya University because it is located on the Unibraw campus.

It is recommended to have a helper on standby to help lift guests' luggage, because this guest house does not have a lift, so it would be a shame for guests to lift their luggage to the 2nd or 3rd floor.

Good place to stay if you need to do something inside the university area, but for activity outside you only have one entrance which is inconvenience. Room is old, but clean. Bath room is looks old, with some unremovable spot. Breakfast OK though.

Fasilitas tidak sebanding dengan harga. Kamar bau apek, ruangan menuju kamar juga berbau tidak sedap seperti bau limbah. Ranjang twin nya size 90 cuma kecil. Selimut tipis kayak selimut rumah, bantal cuma satu, tipis lagi. Shower kamar mandi tidak lancar, toilet kalo di flush bau. Pokoknya tidak sebanding dengan harga 578 ribu per malam. Breakfast cuma ada nasi goreng dan buah. Dengan harga seperti itu masih bisa dapat bintang 3 dengan fasilitas jauh lebih baik. Akhirnya saya cuma pake satu malam, biarpun sudah bayar untuk 2 malam. Malam kedua pindah karena merasa tidak nyaman. Saya pilih hotel ini karena dulu masih cukup bagus dan lokasi di dalam Universitas Brawijaya. Ternyata sekarang benar-benar mengecewakan.

The guest house is comfortable and clean, right in the middle of the UB campus. On the 1st floor there is a restaurant with reasonable prices and a variety of menus, and the breakfast menu although served a la carte tastes good and during the 2 day stay the menu changes. The location is strategic, going anywhere is easy. Unfortunately, while staying overnight the Covid situation started to climb again. So that the campus was quiet due to the implementation of online lectures and the hotel guests were only our family, so the disco got a little goosebumps at night because we happened to book on the 2nd floor room and it was very quiet.
