Our experience at Ubud Raya Boutique Hotel was really great! Our room was huge and would have been even better if there was a sofa in the massive space to relax on. The food was really tasty for us but the breakfast options were very limited for vegetarians. Great pool, quiet location, lovely staff and a wonderful stay. Thank you for having us!

We stayed 2 nights and the entire staff was friendly and we were given a free motorcycle loan to go to dinner. The location is indeed inside, the atmosphere is calmer to rest and private. The price is arguably okay because the rooms are large and the staff are very alert and helpful, which is very comfortable for our stay here

In general ok. Pool is nice. We got early check-in but no late check-out. Complementary 10min massage was nice. Breakfast was ok. Eggs could be ordered separately but only CapCay as vegetables. View from balcony was enjoyable. Free shuttle to Ubud Palace in the center but airport needs to be confirmed two days in advanced. Downside, there is a huge mobile tower behind the building. So if that is an issue, then you got the information. Moreover, the discount on the bill for food and drinks is not the one you think you pay at the end of your stay but rather each individual one time receipt. Moreover, they add anyway 22% tax on top of all prices .

For food and beverage discounts, these are applied per individual bill, not as a total at check-out, and this is standard practice in our restaurant system. Since our restaurant is not self service fast food restaurant, The tax and service charge is a government and service regulation applied to all hotel restaurants in Bali and is clearly stated. The room was huge, the AC worked well and the bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was also good. Unfortunately, the dining restaurant was closed for refurbishment which was a pain, so it meant eating outside or in your room.

Very bad, I ordered a deluxe room but when I arrived at the hotel I was given a superior room, and the FO said it was deluxe but the HK said it was superior, I was really disappointed, I paid for a deluxe room but got a superior room, the breakfast was also very unattractive.
