It's like an apartment. There's a kitchen. This is really recommended. At first I only booked for 1 day. Finally I continued for 5 days. It really makes me feel at home.

I think usually hotels in the 200s have inadequate facilities. How can this be in the 200s but it's really complete. And I ordered twin beds. There's even an extra bed. It really makes me think that this price can get such luxurious facilities. Next time I'll definitely bring my family here

I stayed here for 5 days for working purposes around Ubud. Each time I went back to Uma Sari after work, I felt home. Mbak Yulia, the receptionist, always gave me a warm smile and asked how I was. The remaining staff are also friendly, helping me move my bike to pass the stairs’ gate. Other than the hospitality, the scenery at the back side of Uma Sari is mesmerizing; a pool with rice field views, completed by the afternoon wind and birds’ chirping. It provides a chill and relax spot for spending the evening. Thank you Uma Sari!

I arrived and there was no staff on standby at the location, it turned out that the inn was being renovated and all the staff were at home.
when checking in it was not possible, with the reason that all the rooms were overbooked. the inn argued that there was a leaking room so it could not be given, the room stock in the application should be reduced if there was damage.
this inn has a lot of dogs, maybe 10 of them. for those who are not used to or are afraid of dogs, this can be a consideration.
Overall okay, except for the cleanliness.
the cooking utensils are dirty, please housekeeping, why can't you wash the cooking utensils.
oh yeah, there is no WI-FI internet access.

- There is no hot water.- the sheets have holes in them.- the internet is not clear.- the room lights are off.- the room is not like in the photo.- the TV is dead.- the broken clock is still displayed in the room. Until I had to call from Jakarta, only then did someone check the room because when my team complained there was no one to check the room with the problem. Btw I booked 4 rooms. It should be at the stated rate and in the Ubud area where many people will definitely stay overnight, don't do it like this, cleanliness and comfort must be maintained. Don't disappoint customers.

Review From John Ternent, I would say one thing that is you really need to personally take a look at the accommodation you provided when doing this the place I started in Ubud was clean and tidy there was no towels the TV didn't work the wifi password was incorrect and the door did not lock from inside.

The location is strategic, near to many restaurant and spa. There’s only 1 employee to serve us for breakfast so it takes long time to wait for breakfast. The villa is clean enough but I feel uncomfortable with the catterpillar around my room
