DARA HOME STAY MALIOBORO

I really liked the homestay: it was neat, clean, and close to the city center. We were even allowed to check in early. The staff was friendly and kind. The best part was that it was close to everything, within walking distance.

I feel at home here, I originally intended to stay for 3 days but ended up staying for a week 😁 It's close to everywhere, and you can request a pick-up from the station, so you don't have to worry about ordering a Grab. You can also use your motorbike if you're staying at the place. The parents are also very kind. Thank you Dara Homestay❤️❤️

Very strategic location, affordable price and recommended for staying in the city center

Arrived at the inn one day before New Year's. The price was paid via Traveloka. However, upon arrival, they were asked to pay an additional fee, claiming the price on the app was incorrect. So, we negotiated and paid the agreed price as a win-win situation. Hopefully, the owner can improve this in the future. The location is very strategic, just a 3-minute walk to Malioboro. There are also many culinary options nearby, and a minimarket is nearby. The rooms are non-AC, with sometimes good and sometimes bad Wi-Fi, a shared bathroom, and two bathrooms. There is a shared kitchen, coffee, and tea. So far, I highly recommend staying here.

The owner is friendly, the place is clean, and the rooms are comfortable. Three adults and I stayed here from January 1-2, 2026.

The mother, Muthmainah, or Muthi, is very kind and friendly. Her homestay was very comfortable. The room had air conditioning, and you could cook and make your own coffee. My God, my four-day stay at Unihomestay Yogyakarta was truly memorable. Don't worry about renting a car or motorbike, as they also provide them. It's truly exceptional.

The place is nice, very homey, and the hostess is friendly. You can also leave your luggage before checking in and out. It's also very close to the city center.

The check-in process is very easy, close to Malioboro and the zero point of Yogya, there are snacks (snacks, noodles) and toiletries (soap, etc.) sold by the manager, so you don't have to go far. There is a shared kitchen, providing 4-wheeled and 2-wheeled vehicle rentals. There is a parking area for motorbikes and cars (confirmation). There is a Smart TV (YT ready with an account, Netflix uses your own account), AC. This homestay collaborates with Traveloka if through a travel agent, Hari Hati with other travel agents (please confirm first)

Great, recommended. The lady is very kind. She even took me to the station because I couldn't get a taxi online. It's the best, and it's very close to Malioboro. I'll stay here again next time.

Strategic, clean, friendly, narrow area, seems only suitable for young travelers.

Upon arrival, I was greeted very warmly. Check-in was quick and I was escorted directly to my room. The facilities are complete at a low price. You can cook, there's a gallon jug, and a washing machine if you need laundry. You can leave your belongings after checkout if you want to play first without the hassle of carrying bags/suitcases. The location is strategic, within walking distance to Malioboro, souvenir shops are very close, and the Bakpia Pathok 25 kitchen is very close. Hopefully, the facilities will be consistent and even better.

The accommodation here is very nice, the service is friendly, the parents are kind and also welcomed well, basically if I go to Jogja, I will stay here again, even though the bathroom is outside, it is clean and smells good.
