I don't know why it's too noisy, lots of noise, the room is not soundproof at all, the washing machine is really loud, the guests are laughing, the kids are crying, it's really loud, it's like it's not a different room, especially since I ordered it suddenly on a weekend, the price is way off the original price from less than 200 thousand to 850 thousand

Overall it was OK, but the two nights I stayed at this hotel, the bathroom always ran out of water at dawn (the water tower was empty hehe), hopefully the guard will always check the availability of water, especially if the room is fully booked, thank you.

This was my first time in Garut, and so far, I've found a great place to stay with the kids. Clean beds, clean toilets, and everything is fine so far. Parking is also close, as it's located in a residential area.

Near a small prayer room/mosque, suitable for dawn prayers, not far away, the location is quite close to the town square, station, rice sugar and others, online car transportation is still very affordable

The address for Urbanview Permata wasn't detected on GrabCar, so we got lost.
We had to type in Jl. Kurdi No. 14, and Perum Permata wasn't on Google Maps either.

The floor was sticky, the AC wasn't cold, and the sink was leaking. There were chickens roaming around the lobby and getting kicked by the guard. This didn't leave a good impression.
When I tried to make a claim with a young person, I wasn't served well.
When I made a claim with an older person, they immediately gave me a replacement room.
To the gentleman who served me, I pray for blessings not only for his life but also for his children and grandchildren.
As for the younger person, I hope they will be better equipped to maintain integrity and professionalism in dealing with customers.

the entrance to the complex passes through the waste recycling area, with the unpleasant gaze of the neighbors. In the evening they burn garbage in front of the guesthouse. Friendly service, but I didn't realize that the bathroom window of room 102 was broken, someone could peek from outside (there is photo evidence). I have complained, the answer is there's no way a guest could peek, what about the night shift staff? At night it's crowded and noisy and the smell of cigarettes enters the room. Homestay but not really a home. Why would you want to, because the title is sharia. Air-conditioned room but humid. Worth the price of 100-200 thousand (without windows)??
