Overall, the check-in process was easy, the location is strategic, and it's equipped with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. However, the water heater for hot water wasn't working. It's possible the gas in the kitchen was out of gas, and the cooking gas in the kitchen was also out. Please check regularly. Thank you, Villa Greenhill.

Complete facilities, the people are also fast to respond if asked anything. But the downside is that it should have been possible to check in at 2 o'clock but it turned out that it had not been finished being cleaned up so we had to wait for 1 hour and it turned out that one of the rooms smelled musty. But overall for the price it is still worth it and suitable for families.

Got unit B-16, good position on the hook, spacious too, only all the sheets, pillows, bolsters were musty, the sofa cover smelled of cigarettes (not suitable for families with small children/non-smokers), the water tap turned off at 8pm, but CS was quick to immediately send someone to fix it, there were no fan facilities, magicom (had to be rented), and what made you nervous, was the horror of a fairly large rat appearing in the middle of the night, I included photos & videos. Sorry I'm not writing to knock you down, but as a reminder to me personally not to order here again.

+ The location of the strategic villa is close to everywhere. The villa tenants are very responsive. Pretty clean living room. 1 room leaked. Uncomfortable mattresses for those looking for a good night's sleep, not suitable. The room has a cobweb on the ceiling.

When I entered the room, the atmosphere was quite clean, but not long after sitting on the sofa and sitting on the hairy carpet my body started to itch and I saw that there were fleas jumping. I thought that by moving to the room there would be no fleas, it turned out that I found fleas too on the blanket and I caught it and then turned it off as a result, there were 8 bites on my hands and feet, which I wanted to rest comfortably had an uncomfortable experience. Please for the manager pay attention to this!

There is 1 living room, and 2 bedrooms with large beds, 1 shared bathroom. A bit surprised because there is no air conditioning, in the room for me who likes it cool, it's still not that cool in arrowroot hehe. If the dispenser runs out, all you have to do is say, Oia, the bathroom water heater doesn't seem to work. Or can it only be in the sink, yes, that's what I forgot to ask yesterday. But overall it's okay :)

Alhamdulillah. Very happy to stay here. Complete facilities, clean place, there is hot water (water heater), refrigerator, dispenser and others. Those who are very communicative, close to going everywhere. It takes less than 1 hour to go to Darajat Pass, to Cipanas it is about 15 minutes, to Papandayan is about 1 hour. Nice place, clean, really a recommendation for those who vacation with family, the environment is also clean. If the description fits 4-5 people. But 20 people can also, as long as they bring an air mattress from home. There are 2 rooms, 2 extra beds. Room 1 is really big. The family room is also big.
