Check-in had requested the time, when I arrived there I was charged and it was expensive, they said that requesting check-in would incur an additional charge of 15 thousand per hour, then I ordered 2 portions of fried rice but only 1 portion came. Honestly, the taste was not good, too much oil, too much soy sauce even though I had already paid, then I ordered warm milk but the hygiene was poor because there were small animals in it.

The staff are very friendly. Ample parking, Wi-Fi, movie streaming, and YouTube premium are available, so if you're tired and want to laze around in your room, it's quite comfortable. For me, the only downside is the lack of a small wardrobe or shelves to put your clothes/items to make it more organized. Oh yeah, if you're hungry but don't feel like walking, don't worry, guys, they sell food and the prices are still affordable✨️. I recommend this accommodation if you guys go to Sawarna. It's a shame I don't have any photos.

1. The room was noisy. A worker who was renovating the room suddenly opened the door, thankfully it was locked from the inside. For example, he didn't know there was someone in the room, but there were shoes and sandals placed in front of the door, indicating that the room was occupied and this happened more than once. When my husband checked and opened the door, the worker just looked at him without any intention of apologizing. 2. There was no hot water

Friendly staff, cleanliness is maintained, access to the beach, minimarket, stalls or eateries is very close. This is my 3rd visit, for now the check-in time is not as flexible as before, charged 20 thousand / hour if you arrive before time, but it's okay. The toilet door has been repaired. Everything is perfect, CMN For the AC in the family2 room it is not cold 😭 if it is hot during the day & evening, the internet is unstable (maybe because there are many visitors). Overall I will return to LG Because overall it is worth it.

the room is comfortable, quite clean, you can rent a motorbike for 150k per day. the TV already has Netflix, wifi, AC. the only downside is the water for flushing the toilet is a bit small, the distance to each beach in Sawarna is quite close (using a motorbike). overall okay, recommend to stay here.

The staff is really very nice and friendly. This is my 2nd stay. Never disappointed with the friendliness of the staff here. Check-in time is flexible, I was tired from a long trip from Jakarta, I wanted to ask first if it was okay to check in earlier, it was less than 9 in the morning and. Thank God it was okay 🤧 it really helped, so I could rest right away. The room is clean, the bed is big, the TV and AC are working. The bathroom is clean and the parking lot is safe. The only downside is the toilet door, my suggestion is to fix the door immediately 🙏

The location is close to Sawarna beach, walk about 10 minutes, the room is quite big, the air conditioner is cold, but there are no toiletries, there is only 1 towel, which is on the clothesline, looks like someone has used it, there is no drink, so you have to be prepared to bring food and drink However, the TV signal is intermittent, for that price with minimal facilities, it's better to look for another homestay.

The room was quite good, no drinking water & we left the pempek in the hotel's shared refrigerator, the next day when we wanted to pick up the pempek we left, it turned out that some of it had been eaten by who knows who. The hotel did not apologize & acted stupid. Very rude & disappointing treatment.

Dear Mrs. Ana. We apologize in advance for the pempek food incident. Because we didn't know that in our refrigerator there was food belonging to Mrs. Ana. Because we (my sister and I) keep our food stock for cooking in the refrigerator. My sister, who cooked the pempek, didn't know that the pempek belonged to Mrs. Ana. My sister thought I was keeping the pempek to serve the builders who were working at the villa. If only Mrs. Informed us to leave food in the villa refrigerator. Previously I had WAd in the evening, asking what time to check in? Immediately went into family room number 3, mother already had communication on my WA number. Maybe it was 4 in the morning. When Mom checked in. I wanted to rest, Mrs. Ana was tired of traveling, she didn't have time to think about telling us that she had left her food in our refrigerator. So there was a lack of communication between Mrs. Ana and the hotel. However, we have resolved this problem well. Thank You.
