The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel area is quiet, the rest experience is comfortable, only perhaps care needs to be taken on the mattress, pillows, linens so that they don't smell too musty, and complete the electric kettle in the room and its amenities 👍

Cool, comfortable, clean, helpful staff, location close to everywhere, easy to find food outside the hotel, all in all it's okay.

Just checked in a few hours ago, but satisfied with the facilities & service.

The hotel is not good, not according to the price. The pool turned out to be cold water, not hot. Well, it's not right, how can people use it, if the weather is cold, the water is cold. No clear, want to walk to the rooftop on the line because the wood is teppo. Not good. Not comfortable at all. Disappointed... Disappointed... Disappointed, the price is 8,26000.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Although sound can travel through the walls a bit, overall it's very comfortable.

Guys, I don't want to hate too much but please upgrade please. 1. I don't know what your theme is but it's better if you paint the exposed bricks with sand so that dust and sand don't fall. 2. Not soundproof, yes seriously, people's voices are really noisy at night, the sound of the road is loud and thuds, everything can be heard clearly. 3. How come the spring bed is just a spring without foam,,, I stayed at the red door, the mattress was still good, we are the main ones for sleeping,,, 4. Cleanliness is lacking, lots of dust and sand 5. Please upgrade, it's a shame the mountain view with the signal tower and I don't understand the good location. 6. Too expensive in my opinion 500 up. 7. There is no AC, it's quite cold in the morning, hot in the afternoon. 8. The water heater is working. 9. The coffee cup is sagging, at least give us creamer please. I don't know I'm confused about what to review, just check it out.

Clean and comfortable villa, friendly service.

Despite the amenities provided, the price is actually still a bit high. But overall, it's still okay.

The atmosphere was very pleasant, but the room wasn't soundproof. Sounds from outside and the next room were clearly audible. Cleanliness could be improved, especially in the area near the pool. There were still cigarette butts and other debris. Overall, it was good.

The place is comfortable and clean, the service is also good, the staff are friendly. Maybe the mattress is more advanced, right?

The view in front of the balcony is a cemetery, a resident's house and right above a restaurant, so the room is stuffy and smells of cooking smoke. The toilet can't be flushed, I've complained and it's been fixed but it's still broken. And one more thing, what's the point of having a big TV there if it's not a smart TV? It only contains a few blurry local TV channels that can't be watched. BTW, I've asked for a room upgrade but I couldn't, with the reason that if you book online you can't upgrade the room.

I always stay here when I go to Puncak.. The staff are friendly... The kids are happy too, thank you.

The bathroom was very poor cleanliness, the sink was dirty, the toilet lid was dirty, the floor was dusty, the bedsheets had animal droppings, I don't know if it was rats or what, the AC was on but it wasn't cold at all, luckily it was helped at night when the air was cold, there were few TV channels, the wifi couldn't connect. For the price of around 520 thousand, it wasn't really worth it. Winning in terms of views because you got the balcony above, and refills of tea, coffee, and sugar on every floor, and water were always provided.

The bed is very comfortable, the air is cool, the view is great, the bathroom is clean, it's a shame there's no kettle in the room anymore, and yesterday I found the glass dirty and crusty, but otherwise it's really good.

The view is comfortable and cheap, but you can cook the food yourself
