Pengurus penginapannya ramah dan sopan. Waktu check out juga ada kelonggaran waktu sampai 2 jam karena baru selesai dari puncak Bromo. Pokoknya sangat menyenangkan.

I was doubtful because of the reviews, but the service is really good. The staff are friendly, the hot water works, it's clean. Maybe because the air temperature makes the place humid, otherwise it's great for what you pay. Next time I go to Bromo, I will come back again

First of all it wasn't good experience. Totally very bad experience! It's horrendous experience! We are coming and choose this place cause we thought we're going to have nice stay in local villa with nature surrounded by bromo atmosphere celebrating a birthday. We checked for the hot water immediately when we arrived cause that what we care the most after long drive (12 hour driving to bromo) and long day sunrise trip, Mr. Tris was there and he is the man who supposed to take care of us. And what a surprise that the hot water doesn't work, we wait almost 45 min for that. They said they have problem with the water pump, we got disappointed and they start to offer us another villa which is not far, well another bombshell there, yes correct the water is working but the pressure was so slow and the painting on the wall looks already old and covered by mold, the villa looks creepy and not well maintained, totally different picture than the one we saw on app. Completely different. So disappointing. Of course we can't take this villa and stay there with mold around the wall. We stay in the mountain that suppose to get fresh air and should we breathing from mold around the wall? IT's not okay at all and not healthy! Paying fully price for 2 people and get this kind bad service. We decide better to leave this place, and not deal with it. We're asking if possible to get the refund money since a lot of problem in the villa and we even not stay there. Our luggage was sit in on the floor in the terrace. We called the man who is the manager of this place and he start the drama story and end up by hang up on me. Very unprofessional and rude. I'm sorry but it's ashamed. He mentioned maybe if we want we can wait for them to fix the pump means waiting another man coming from nowhere and fix it and don't know how long is gonna be. Of course no way we gonna wait more we are leaving. We just want hot water, shower and relax. So simple. I don't recommend this place at all after what happened with us, Unprofessional cause they should check everything before someone get it, and shouldn't hang up on customer or guest while on the phone.(I called him again yesterday just to ask but he never answer my called even once). And they must refund the money cause all these problem coming from them.

Accommodation was not well equipped with basic furniture like a coffee table, hair dryer, fan/AC. Staff at the place was helpful but reservation guy wasn't proactive with answering questions or providing instructions. Bedding was clean and decent with basic amenities provided. Overall price was high for the basic standards considering the condition of the house.

Stay in room no. 10 hot water is not smooth, but the villa staff is responsive and immediately transferred to villa no. 11, breakfast food is only fried rice without drinking, not in accordance with the budget of an expensive villa, the hotel clerk is kind and friendly, returning from the Mount Bromo tour to the villa the car has been washed.

Gas runs out (hot water doesn't work), speedy but WiFi can't, electricity wants to run out. And in the evenings there were people who knocked on the door rudely, lighted their faces and said rudely "let's go up to the top already at 2 o'clock" Even though we ordered another jeep. Security should not be allowed for every person to wander like that.

Okay location and okay service. It is only possible because yesterday someone just checkout and we will enter, the villa is rather in a hurry to clean up. So that the tissue and bath mat do not attach. The bathroom is so far okay, only there is no centelan for towels or laundry so it is quite troublesome to put a towel or change of clothes. For cleanliness, not bad. Area suitable for family. Quite comfortable. Put the lights off around + - 5 minutes in the middle of the night (24.00). Parking for cars is available and the view is okay ...

We check in the condition of the lights off and the generator doesn't work because the battery is damaged and will be replaced. Electricity is dead, the water is gone. We can't go to the bathroom because the water doesn't turn on. The condition was dark, the villa did not take the initiative to provide emergency lighting (candles). After I complained, then give me a candle. The new lights are on around 7pm (imagine, after a day and night trip, arrive at the villa with such conditions). Tomorrow afternoon before check out, when I want to take a shower (just a little wet and not yet wet), the water dies again because the electricity is dead too. The wife complained to the villa and I was still waiting in the bathroom hoping that the lights and water would light up quickly. It turned out that after waiting it didn't turn on too. Finally I canceled to continue taking a shower. And we immediately rushed to check out. Very very disappointing. Hopefully the future can be better. thanks.
