Please inform us of your expected arrival time by the latest 1 day prior to your arrival date or you may directly inform our villa manager to the WhatsApp number we share one day before your arrival date (If we have access to contact you).
One of our villa team will standby according to your arrival time to provide the villa’s key and show you the villa around with all necessary explanations you may need.
Meet our villa manager or staff who stand by at the villa, please inform your reservation details such as the booker name, period of stay, show your passport or ID card to be scanned or take a photo by our team for record.
After all is done, our villa manager or team in charge will escort you to the villa or room that you booked.

- Villa ini dengan 3 kamar tidur untuk maksimal hunian 6 orang. Apabila ada penambahan jumlah tamu, maks. hanya menerima 2 orang dengan biaya tambahan Rp 150.000/orang/malam untuk dewasa diatas 12 tahun dan Rp 80.000/orang/malam untuk anak usia 4-12 tahun (tempat tidur tambahan tidak tersedia).
- Mengadakan acara atau pesta, mengundang tamu dari luar dan membawa hewan tidak diizinkan.
- Merokok hanya di perbolehkan di area terbuka, tidak di ijinkan di dalam ruangan.
- Harap matikan semua AC saat tidak berada di villa.
- Kami mengharapkan segala kerusakan / kerugian yang ditimbulkan oleh para tamu selama menginap agar membayarkan ganti rugi atau biaya penggantian ditanggung oleh tamu.
- Keterlambatan check-out harus berdasarkan permintaan tetapi tergantung ketersediaan dengan biaya tambahan.
- Untuk pemesanan menit terakhir pada hari itu, setelah jam 16.00 WITA tidak diterima.
- Saat proses check-in, staff kami akan mengambil foto KTP atau paspor tamu (tanda pengenal).
- Tempat parkir tidak tersedia
- Disclaimer : Please kindly be noted that we are in tropical area and still in the middle of nature space. Hence, you will hear animal sounds like gecko, frog, and another Balinese authentic seasonal animals while they will also showing up in rainy days. It is impossible to stop these living around the house in tropical parts of the world. We do provide mosquito repellent lotion, maintenance and regular fogging as precautionary measures for these.
