The hotel staff are very friendly.

The downside is the slippery toilet floor, and the door lock doesn't really work so you have to hold it using a small table from the inside, the TV only has one channel that can be turned on, there are no other channels, the room area is quiet, comfortable, safe, not noisy, the service and other things are okay, it's worth it

The rooms are simple, but still comfortable for resting, and the location is close to Borneo Mall Sampit. Awesome.

For the Deluxe Hotel class label, it DOES NOT reflect the deluxe quality, the toilet closet is broken, noisy, like it's about to come off, not sturdy, the room atmosphere is uncomfortable, the room walls are peeling, the deluxe hotel has no room slippers, the toilet is not SE Exclusive Deluxe Room, Coffee & Sugar Facilities are stingy, Funny hotel 300k, no Wifi and breakfast is not like a deluxe hotel in general (not prepared in the dining room with a deluxe menu but delivered to the room like a 15-20 thousand menu). More like an Economy class hotel, cleanliness of the bed / bed cover, pillowcases are still less comfortable. Deluxe price but room facilities, room atmosphere, cleanliness & breakfast facilities do not match the deluxe label. Hopefully in the future it will be better with improvements like other deluxe hotels.
