Plus-nya harga murah. Minus-nya lampu kamar tidak menyala, kamar mandi luar dan tidak bisa dikunci serta tidak ada gantungan. Di kamar tidak ada meja untuk taruh barang. AC, TV kayaknya tidak bisa menyala (saya tidak coba).

Sebenarnya tempat ini bisa jadi tempat yang menyenangkan bila perawatannya diperhatikan. Sayangnya, pemilik tidak mau tahu dengan kebersihan dan kenyamanan kamar. Kamar pertama yang saya dapat, dindingnya malah penuh sawang, lampu redup, dan kamar berbau rokok.
