Bad hotel experience! Starting from the front office staff, security to the rude housekeeping, because I was 5 minutes late checking out, all valuables including suitcases in the room were taken down without my permission, all valuables and suitcases were moved from the 3rd floor room no. 320 down to the front office. There are still many cheap hotels but the staff's manners are okay. Cheap is okay but for the staff and service are rude because valuables and suitcases are moved without permission to the front office! At least have the ethics to wait until the guest arrives. I will pay if I am told to be charged because of late check out not with valuables and my suitcase was taken down without further ado plus the front office staff, housekeeping and security also don't know themselves by not wanting to be blamed. If there is a missing item, will Wisma Msi Canggu be blamed, especially this valuable item, all the bed attitude of the staff seems like they haven't been schooled from the way all the staff speak! Please owner or those who read this, please don't apply taking out valuables and suitcases of other customers even though it's a few minutes late. Because we as customers are still able to pay any fines but not with items in the room taken out without permission, especially valuables in the room. And please provide training for the staff to be more polite in speaking to customers, don't act like they weren't schooled staying in room 320 on the 3rd floor, check in on May 17, check out on May 18 at 12:05!

Thank you for your review sis, according to our procedure, check out is no later than 12 noon, and you can't check out late because someone will check in in that room, it's not a matter of being able to pay or not, because you haven't arrived at 12 noon yet. came and there was no confirmation, we had to move the items to the receptionist.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, the surrounding atmosphere is comfortable and safe. For input regarding the cleanliness of the toilet and it seems that the walls of the hallway leading to the room need to be repainted. But overall super comfortable 🥰. Oh yeah, the swimming pool is also quite good for just relaxing. Thank you.

We paid 200K, the room is okay for this price. AC, TV with Netflix, hot water, 2 towels, and free drinking water 💦. Parking for bikes inside the ground floor under the roof 👌. But the room is not in the best condition, the bathroom looks a bit dirty 😬.

I have booked this wisma MSI for 5 nights. I don't have complaining with the room. Even though the room is small but it was clean, and enough for me as solo traveler. For the 1st night I was enjoying slept. But the horrible night happened at 2nd night. At 4.51 am, suddenly I woke up because heard the voice like woman ' s voice in front of my balcony room. I thought she was talking with someone in her phone. And I don't know what she was taking about because the language was not familiar for me (English, Indonesia, Mandarin, etc). And then she tried to open my balcony room door. Of course I don't wanna to open it. And because I did not open my balcony door, then I heard she was entering her own room and walk in front of my room door and then tried to open my door 2 times. And then I informed receptionist through Whatsapp but did not replied. I also tried to call through my cellphone but no answer. And then I decided to go out, after took all my clothes and shoes and putted into my luggage. And 6.50 am I open the door quickly and bring all my stuffs and walked down from 3rd floor to 1st floor to meet the security. I talk to the security what happened and asked him to check. And then after checked at CCTV by receptionist, I was shocked to hear the information from him that it was a man who did it and he was not alone, he was with his friend. He tried to get my attention by making sounds like woman crying, so I open the balcony door. I am grateful that God saved me. And they had checked out hastily before me, without being noticed by receptionist and security. I have booked for 5 days for staying there but I decided to discontinued to stay. (just stay only 2 nights) because I did not have the courage to stay any longer. The receptionist offered me to move room on the 1sf floor, but I rejected. This is my first terrible experience staying at a hotel/guesthouse in Indonesia or abroad. This incident was really scary for me. Hopefully this doesn't happen to those of you who want to stay at Wisma MSI. I hope too my money for 3 days left can be refund.

Good, clean, smooth wifi, smooth water. But the sheets looked like they had been used by someone before. Very tangled. Given the 3rd floor, the ups and downs are quite good hahaha. The location is a bit remote. But fortunately in front of the alley there is Indomaret.
