The staff is not friendly, the service is bad, when I called them they didn't listen, even though I wanted to ask something, they just ignored me, the hotel phone number can't be contacted, it's really unclear 😓

the floor is dusty, the AC has no feeling, at 1 am the electricity went off because the credit ran out, it was hot and stuffy because the AC was off until dawn, it's crazy to clean the AC if it doesn't have any feeling like that, then don't let the electricity credit run out, why top up the electricity credit for a day, the next morning it goes off again and runs out of credit again, is this a hotel or not, it's really not capital, I've booked for 4 days, but after 2 days I can't stand it, the atmosphere at night is tense and restless, I can't sleep, I even have scary nightmares😞😞😞

Please improve the cleanliness of the bedroom, During my stay the bedroom was itchy and unclean, the water on the first day of staying was small, there was no warm water, there was hot water, the water pipe was easily clogged, the TV did not turn on, the atmosphere was okay, peaceful but the sound of the token was heard every day, the distance to travel was very far to the city center, Wherever I wanted to go it was difficult to order a vehicle at a cheap price, forced to pay an expensive price, so there was a driver who wanted to pick it up, the distance to the beach was far, it could be more than 1 hour, at night it was congested, yes, that's how it was, I could only access the surrounding area, the mall was also quite far, let alone minimarkets like Indomaret and Alfamart and street snacks were also far away.

booked a double bad room, turned out to get a room like this, the bed frame is rickety, the mattress and pillows and bedcover are very smelly and dirty, and they are moldy, itchy like there are lots of fleas. basically this is a very bad experience staying there, this accommodation is not recommended, there is no hot water supply let alone mineral water.

Good service, clean and comfortable rooms like a home stay can cook breakfast, if you bring family and children it's comfortable. The price is affordable and in accordance with the facilities. The location of the entrance to the alley is not too far. No toothbrush. The room is clean. The receptionists are friendly and kind, the point is that they really serve guests well. Good WiFi.
