The room is not clean. The sheets and blankets don't smell good, it looks like they haven't been replaced with new ones or haven't been washed after use. There are no hot water facilities for bathing. The guesthouse area is unkempt and slum. Access to the room is very narrow, the stairs are dirty. The manager is not clear.
