The most expensive room in Villa 1 has no TV, no Wi-Fi, no water heater for making coffee.. For that price, the facilities should be complete.. The room should also be tidied up more and the ceiling should be made more aesthetic because there is only one room and it's not good... I'm disappointed.

Breakfast is standard, the view is best indeed for the bathroom there is a shower that doesn't work so you have to use a dipper to take a shower. Please maintain the cleanliness of the room. Thanks

Disappointed, the electricity went out for almost 2 hours at 4 am. Because the tokens ran out, I looked for the hotel staff and waited for more than an hour before they came. Some of the hotel staff are friendly and some are rude. The room is very ordinary.

Dapat pas musim liburan, harga terbilang cukup mahal, dengan kamar yg standar, kamar mandi perlu perbaikan utk pintu dan lain-lain, untuk yg lain saat ini jangan diikuti jalur dari google map ketika mencari lokasinya.

Karyawan tidak inisiatif bantu angkat barang tamu, air kolam di villa 2 kotor, sarapan tidak sesuai jam yang disampaikan. Tidak ada antisipasi genset pada saat mati lampu sehingga tamu kepanasan. Pelayanan yang kurang inisiatif. Di kamar tidak disediakan air mineral standar penginapan. So, harga tidak worth it.

The hotel location is quite deep from the main road. During the visit, the lights were out and the atmosphere was less than pleasant because it was too quiet and dark (there was no generator or any lighting from the hotel). The rooms are also less neat, especially the bathroom.
