Facilities are fully provided, total capacity is 18 pax, package inclusive BBQ and Breakfast based on guest numbers. Amenities also provided :). The weather is really cold at night and warm at noon. Television and sound system are great! Not to mentioned the kitchen stuff, you can find all you need to cook just like at home! Overall great and definitely will come back!

I stayed in the Suite type. Hot water was minimal, in the afternoon/at night we didn't have a shower, and the next day when we wanted to take a hot shower there was no more. Only used for ablution, the time is up. He said hot water was rationed for 2 people, indeed we brought the children, but none of us showered. So, don't spend allotment of hot water for 2 people, I don't think it's for 1 person either. For TV, Netflix is only for those who have an account, if you don't have an account you can't access it. Also for the TV internet network at first it couldn't work at all, YouTube and others couldn't all. Complaints asked for help from the officer on duty who didn't know anything (the officer was an old lady, maybe clueless), finally was guided via WA, only ordered to restart the modem, after restarting it also didn't work. In the end, it was repaired by myself, after removing 2 TV & modem plugs and then plugging it in again, it finally worked. The location of the TV is too high, so watching while sitting is very uncomfortable, it makes your neck hurt. There is no playground for children, but it belongs to the inn next door, cannot be accessed because of different ownership from Wulan Cottage. On the terrace it also leaks when it rains, the shoe sandals get wet. Pros: spacious bathroom, complete kitchen equipment, there is a stove, cooking utensils, microwave, refrigerator, dispenser + gallon of water. The atmosphere is beautiful & cool because it is located in Lembang. Sorry, I've stayed at the inn next door, here is much better than Wulan Cottage.

Villa bersih, nyaman, view bagus, sarapan enak, dan Bu Siti juga baik dan ramah. Mungkin yang perlu di improve adalah sendal di dalem villanya, karena licin untuk digunakan di lantai kayu. Selebihnya sudah oke.

My extended family and I have stayed there 2 times in June (7 people) and December 2022 (18 people). Comments from all my family members, it turned out that they were quite satisfied with the place, the view and the service as well as the complete furnishings while staying there, the only thing that bothered me was during our 2nd visit, we needed a microwave & oven there and we had asked before to the inn that the items needed were said to be available there, it turned out that there was no microwave, while the oven could not be used because it was damaged and had not been repaired, hopefully after this review Wulan Cottage can complete and fix these deficiencies. Overall staying there was quite satisfying and recommended for family, community and company gatherings. Thanks Wulan Cottage by Maharani. See you again in the next opportunity.

The whole family had a blast staying in this cottage. Very comfortable, spacious, and most importantly very clean! Pressure water was always available, good water pressure. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. We went during Ramadhan and they asked prior to our stay how many will have sahur food and how many need normal breakfast. Thank you, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Super comfortable! Beyond my expectation with the price of a 3 million villa for a capacity of 18 people. New building, clean and aesthetic especially the bathroom. All family members feel very comfortable. Siti's mother and husband who guard live next to the villa, super super helpful. Breakfast has fried rice, uduk rice, yellow rice, chicken porridge, complete vegetable lontong and tastes good! Cutlery, cutlery, complete bbq tools! In front of the villa there is a garden belonging to the Wulan villa family, very beautiful and very well taken care of, but it seems different managers, when we went there, we couldn't enjoy the garden for long, because the manager reminded us. Oh yes, the lack is only minor for us, the wifi is not fast, but the gsm signal is still safe. No mic and speakers are provided for karaoke, there is a home theater. We will definitely come back here if there is a family event! Good job Wulan cottage by maharani! Hopefully the guests who come can take care of Wulan Cottage by Maharani too, because this villa is very beautiful and very comfortable!

Thank you for the comfortable villa ever. Sure, we will come back again soonest. This place is very recommended for the honeymoon. Pros: -unique & classic building. -fully equipped kitchen & spacious bathroom. -very clean, comfortable, sleep well. -cool & cold air because it rains constantly. tv channels are very complete. - wifi network is good, very smooth & fast. - aqua drinking water is available 1 gallon, don't worry about shortages. - breakfast is delivered to the room the corner of the room is clean & fragrant, flowers are everywhere. - the BBQ set is very complete, the food is so much that you can't finish it. - you can buy strawberries directly from the garden + pick yourself and get 100gr free. Disadvantages: - If it rains or not, the front porch is very wet like after a flood. - The sandals should be replaced with waterproof ones, because yesterday the wet sandals were difficult to dry when taking a shower. , maybe it's better to replace it with a new one. - lack of cctv in the villa area, the main gate yard because it's still dirt so if it rains it's a bit muddy. - in the bathroom there is no glass to rinse and brush teeth. - no shampoo or description 2in1 soap and shampoo. it's really cold, it's hard to even play it, so it's a bit difficult to adjust the water heater.
