A budget hotel but the facilities are very clean and luxurious and the service is also very friendly. The most important thing for me is the cleanliness of the bathroom, hot water is smooth and the mattress is soft. The bathroom is classy. Good breakfast. Highly recommended in Pekanbaru near the Grand Mosque.

I enjoyed staying here, but we arrived too early at 1pm. So can't check in. Check-in is mandatory at 2. I was forced to leave my belongings and go for a walk, fortunately the staff was good. We stayed 3 nights here, booking a room via the app is cheaper. Included with breakfast. Because we ordered the cheapest room, so we got a room without a window. There are towels, 2 bottles of drinking, 1 pair of sandals, even though we are 2, in the toilet there are toilet paper, toothbrushes (not every day) and doormats. Good Wi-Fi. For breakfast because it's still the covid era, breakfast is delivered to the room. Before 7 o'clock, there was a knock on the door. So it's comfortable for lazy to go downstairs for breakfast. The breakfast I got for 3 days was rice box, it contained fried rice, eggs, 2 fried chicken, sauce, a little vegetable, fruit, cake. For drinking tea and coffee are available. Can choose. There's juice too if you want. The staff who deliver breakfast are friendly. When you check out at 12, the latest is 12.30 noon. Because our travel picks up at 3, we had to wait in the lobby. Luckily the staff allowed us to wait that long in the lobby. Thanks all.

for our standard check-in process at 14.00, due to check out time at 12.00 noon and spare 1-2 hours of cleaning, not to mention if there are guests who are a bit late to check out. However, if there is a ready room, we can provide the check-in process earlier before 14.00.
For the room that you ordered is a standard room, with a description that we explain that the room is without windows, but if you want a room with a larger size and there is a window, you can choose superior and deluxe types.

At check-in the room was not ready, the drink from the previous guest had not been thrown away, the pillowcases had not been replaced, the doormat had not been replaced
