Great service, great rooms and excellent breakfast

Wi-Fi was good on the 3rd floor and throughout but on the ground floor bedroom, it was hard to get service

Beautiful area, close to transit. Staff were excellent and food delicious. Only negative was our room needed updating. Some rooms appeared very nice as I could see them when staff were cleaning, ours not so much but bed was comfortable. I was sad the golf course had closed but made for a nice walk.

Good points : Nice hotel. Clean. Breakfast was lovely catered for everybody. Receptionist at check in was a lovely girl very helpful. Cleaning staff very chirrpy and helpful. Disappointing points: Night staff very abrupt on phone when we rang down to see if room service had finished for the evening, Day porters attitude was as if he didnt want to be there, but, if you were a stunning looking lady he had no problem being nice. Parking attendant had an issue when my friend parked in set down so she could pick me up at front doors because I'm heavily pregnant and wasn't able to walk very far. For some reason he could not give us the good grace to just let me get in the car and make myself comfortable, we only needed a minute. He just wanted us gone when he said so. Very intimating. Some staff could go on a course and learn how to be mannerly.

Lovely spacious , warm room. Comfortable , spacious beds, excellent level of cleanliness.

Staffs are excellent especially the new porter Sean, receptionists manager and the wonderful room service by your manager Cian with a professional cleansing team for room cleaning. Amazing team in the upstair and downstair servers and the chef. Unfortunately my first half stay between the 17-19th outshine the second half 20-21st with no wifi after the windstorm. Receptionist Stephen was passionate about sending me to Lemongrass fusion without realized I do have walking challenge plus it was dark and cold outside, had an asthma attack after that. Ended up having instant noodle in my room. Leisure center amenities is brilliant with professional and delicate staffs such as David, Jack and a lady who brought in a longwaited towel. City West will be a better place with more staffs like the abovementioned than a manager of the security who tried at all cost not to bother and care for the visitor like myself. Need more grace and compassion to taxi drivers waiting outside who try hard to make a living rather than squeezing them for a commision in order to bring them business. It is disgusting and immoral Hopefully will bring my family next time.

Really enjoyable stay

We stayed because it was so handy for the self build. The only thing which I found disappointing was that the restaurant had only a buffet which I don’t like now this could have been due to the large numbers staying due to the self build. Breakfast was great 👍. Great value all round.

Stayed here a number of times , Just recently opened after covid, Stayed mon 21,room was spotless and spacious, staff very friendly and helpful, 10/10

This hotel is huge! A large campus with golf course and all luxury. Very far walk from parking and through to rooms.

Fine relaxing stay.

Personnel is kind and helpful.service and hotel is good.

Beds were very comfortable. There is no place in bathroom to leave toiletries I ended up using the ironing board to put things on. We also didn’t have a stand for suitcases. The lighting is very poor in the room. Trying to get my daughter ready for a feis was hard work. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Great hotel for a young family. Loads of space in the Family bedroom but a bit out of date; could do with an upgrading. The public spaces definitely need upgrading. Staff in both the Breakfast room and the evening Dining room where excellent but not around the bar area, very poor.

Excellent location for events. Only stayed for one night but would love to go back to try out pool & sauna facilities. Overall happy with our experience

Our room wasn’t ready until 3.40pm. We also had about a miles walk to the room with bins being emptied outside from 7am! We have stayed other times and loved it.
