Jerry and his daughter, Olga, are the consummate hosts! Personable and knowledgeable, they were the BEST! The property is extremely well maintained and so clean. The location is a short walk to the city center. We loved staying at Dergvale, and would stay there again!

Very old.. Not heating was frezzing Have to press bell and leave huge wooden key at reception time you leave room Wouldn't stay again or recommend at all .

in Dergvale hotel we spent 3 nights, we have nothing to complain about, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpful, in addition from the hotel it was very close to the center. I recommend this hotel!

It's a little outside the city center (15 minute walk), but easy to get to it. The people at the desk are friendly and helpful. The walls are a little thin, so if people are in the hall you can hear everything. The shower is a little small and the shower head isn't adjustable, so I had to be in the corner for it to work for me. The water pressure was good and it was nice and hot. The price was reasonable.

Our stay at this hotel was nice and greeted by lovely owners Jerry & Nancy.. very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and own bathroom clean beds changed daily.
