The room was clean, staff not the most welcoming

Great area of town, clean and great staff but the rooms are very small, we figure it’s normal European room size though

Staff were friendly and helpful

Was a nice, lovely premise. Good location. Tight squeeze into shower with bathroom sink. Had confusion with key card at night time but handle well by night porter ( Charlie, i think), pleasant man to deal with.

Generously sized rooms and convenient for North Dublin

Charlie on reception was excellent and did everything possible to help, very friendly and accommodating

Our hosts we friendly and helpful. The room was very small with no room for cases, i had to store mine at the end of the bed- lucky i am short! No vent in the bathroom. The shower didnt drain. The shower handle was broken. The place is poor value considering its 30 minute bus ride into Dublin.

Dirty room

No elevator with a bunch of stairs makes it difficult to manuever with lots of luggage.

Very limited free parking available. Paid street parking max 3 hrs.

So cozy and quiet! Very clean, delicious breakfast, friendly and prompt service. Loved my stay!

Heating had not come on in the bedroom in the morning by the time we left at 08.00

We can't say enough good things about the central Glasnevin location of the hotel - a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distances from great pubs, the Botanical Gardens and overall very central. That said, if you are in the middle of a long trip and have rather large suitcases with you -- stay away! There is no elevator, and the room was honestly the smallest we've ever stayed in (after living in NYC and visiting Paris frequently, this says a lot). A step in/step out shower that was terrifying. Employees were kind and attentive, but the accommodation itself just wasn't very updated.

Food and service in the bar was excellent.

A very old and tired hotel. Filthy carpet in the room, double bed against a dirty wall, bathroom smells of urine. The room is not large enough for two people and luggage

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights. The neighbourhood itself was quiet and safe. As for the hotel, the staff was friendly. The room itself was not in the best condition. Our mattress had a cigarette burn stain on it and a blood stain on the carpet. There was a lot of noise coming from adjacent rooms and on our last night (May 24th 2024), there was a celebration in the bar area and we were able to hear the very loud music and screaming until atleast midnight. Thus, we would not recommend staying there.

Stayed a few nights. A little away from the main downtown but that was ok with us as it was a quiet street. Had a problem with noise the last night but the hotel gave a full refund and helped in anyway they could. It is very clean and a nice hotel. The bar and restaurant had great food and service

We had a very nice stay although when we arrived we were told our reservation had been canceled because we had used our AMEX card to book it. This had never been communicated to us by Expedia and according to my app the reservation was still booked. The hotel was very kind although they had given away our rooms they did accomodate our party in a few single bed rooms and we had no complaints.
