Murphys Hotel

The room and bathroom were clean and staff very nice, helpful and friendly

Very pleasant stay with nice rooms, comfy bed and very good a la carte breakfast

Staff were extremely helpful, the food was good. Very musty smell in the hotel. Worst part was it was very loud outside and sounds could be heard all night.

Check in was very efficient. The electronic cards to our rooms were already prepared and waiting for us. Although not new, the property was well maintained and everything worked well. Lee was the receptionist, bartender and waitress and did an outstanding job. Our dinners in the restaurant on site were all very good. Breakfast was made to order and was also excellent.

Very welcoming staff and owners...even the local people friendly towards us too...beautiful room, just right for 2 people...also stunning landscape around you...we will be back for sure!! Good choices of breakfast and restaurant serves home made stuff, and their own beef...

Lovely stay. Treated like family. Tuesday music was the highlight of the trip.

Very friendly staff. Only stayed 1 night so ate at the pub on site , lots of choices for ales. Local beef. Big breakfast included the next morning with several options. Very homey , def. would recommend and I woukd stay there again

Beautiful countryside, Tinahealy has excellent services, for a village of its size. Accommodation, maintenance and management, prompt, clean with beyond the call of friendly, personable interaction from all, at Murphy’s Hotel and bar. Excellent breakfast and evening meal, if required. Would definitely recommend and hope to return. I hope our government does more to support these businesses, by reducing the VAT rate and any other possible support, that can be provided re staffing. 👏 Murphy’s Hotel Tinahealy.

We really enjoyed our stay here, and in particular the supper and breakfast.

I would liked to have used the laundry but had to go to Wicklow to get done, there was no room service either but stated there was i dont mind if i know. Food was gr8

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good, with enough choices.

On arrival was told I had no booking by the bar maid .Then she refreshed her tablet to say oh I have found it , it would have been good if she could crack a smile .The bar area was grotty with sticky tables .Walked into the room to be met by 3 large silverfish in the bath .The room was nice but very hot .It was a Saturday night the noise went on till 1.30 in the morning in the back beer garden .The breakfast was excellent .I read this place had really good reviews I was not impressed

It was a pub so not bad value a bit noisy but nothing out of ordinary , however a great pub vibe with live music

It’s a great little hotel in the Wicklow Mountain.

Off the beaten track in a town that has all the amenities needed, and in a beautiful region. The hotel was a great size, not too big at all. Breakfast was included and deliciously made! The pub in the hotel was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. The biscuits, face cloths and fan in the room were appreciated, first hotel to have these small but nice additions (after staying in seven previously). The hotel is modest, clean, with kind staff, and had all we needed.
