Great place to stay. Food was very good.

La chambre, même si elle était plutôt petite, était très propre. Le personnel était très courtois et aidant. Bien localisé, dans le centre-ville de Killarney.

Breakfast was very good! Heater in room would not shut off. Got up to 25 c. Shower would drain well. Told staff about it after our first night. Solution was to leave the window open.

Breakfast was fantastic! Room was clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent. The only negatives were the bathroom was very small and the fan was loud. The room was a good price and I would stay there again.

Be aware that there is musical entertainment at night that may be heard - loudly - in your room for hours.

Great location! Room was comfortable and clean. Great shower pressure and clean. Check in was a little crazy, you just check in in the middle of the restaurant. Breakfast is decent. Location is top tier.

Be ware. This is a pub/restaurant first, with 10 hotel rooms upstairs. There is loud music nightly which can be heard in the hotel room. If you are younger this may be perfect for you bar/food and room all together. The room was clean and remodeled. It is one half block off Main Street so easy to get to taxi, food, shops and train. Not my cup of tea, sorry their message wasn't clearer on their advertisement

Room was clean and modern with a decent shower. Staff where helpful. Good breakfast and choices.

Convenient location, room had all the essentials, not flashy but clean and fresh. Food in the bar was delicious, both the breakfast and evening bar meal very tasty.

Read online that there is no parking at the hotel. Closest parking lot is a short walk around the corner. You will have to pay to park and it is very busy making it difficult to find a spot sometimes. The location of the “hotel” couldn’t be better; right in the heart of the city center with lots of shops and pubs all around. It a very lively area. Room is very small. Barely fitting a double bed with space to shimmy around it. There is no where to place a suitcase while closed, forget trying to open it to remove clothes. Check in is at the bar and there is no elevator so expect to carry your luggage up the stairs. Staff was very helpful leading us to our room and handing over the key. That’s where we were advised that there was live music until 2am each night. When we questioned it, we were told that the website says there is live music. (But no times listed) Unfortunately, Hotels.com doesn’t say anything about live and VERY LOUD music. We were also told that “it shouldn’t be too loud” The music was SO LOUD that we heard every word and could sing along if we weren’t trying to sleep. The deep base of the music echoed through the room. We had a fan on, the tv on, and the fan in the bathroom on to try to drown out the music. None of that worked. If you would like to get some sleep to be ready for a day of exploring, you should not stay here. Although the room was clean and modernized, it really was just a glorified hostel.

All very accommodating!! David and Ray were very helpful and accommodating with Ice and directions. Room was comfortable and very clean and even with stair very accessible.

They do d allow us to check in early but our server for dinner was not friendly and a bit impatient

unfortunately hard to find. Guests need advance clear directions as GPS will only get you close

The music, though quite good , played til LATE into the night…with a speaker outside our window! Bathroom new & clean but nowhere to put your things. Nice breakfast. Ask for an upper level room ( no elevator) or way to the back of the building. Location is TOP NOTCH !

Small room, no chairs, no soap or shampoo holder in shower. breakfast excellent. not sure about fire escape!

Cheap and cheerful - clean room which was surprisingly well equipped for the size! Great location in the middle of Killarney and a tasty breakfast thrown in. We weren't bothered by the noise but it was a Monday night so that probably made a difference.

Looked good on paper, bang in centre of a town that is ovrrwhelmed by tourists, it is noisy here. Aside from pub noise till 11 or later, you will face neighboring venues chucking out broken glass between 12am and 2am, enjoy the smells of greasy cooking smells thru your 34cm wide window. Whilst trying to cool down overnight. At 6am be wiken to the thrill of bars restocking their beer kegs for an hour or more...NOT FOR ANYONE wanting rest.
