Such a great hotel, it was well located and very clean

Long wait for breakfast to be replenished and when it eventually was the food was still cold! No bread, beans or eggs were available. They were replaced one at a time, by which point the sausages, bacon and hash browns had all gone! Rooms look very nice but wooden floors make the rooms very noisy. The noises overhead and adjoining us were loud enough to wake me. All in all for the price point of this hotel it needs to do better. The offer of the managers phone number to contact him for a reduced rate next time (Which there will not be) is not acceptable.

The receptionist that checked me in and out was very friendly. She also upgraded me, which made my day. Mind you its my first time being upgraded. The room was lovely and spotless. That you!!

Ok. It was clean and modern. Here are problems and only if you’re like me and look to honest reviews before staying somewhere. 1. Parking is really hard to find and it’s a total rip off at 20 euro a night. How do I know it’s a rip off? I parked LITERALLY across the alley at a beautiful garage for 6 euro. 2. I booked this hotel primarily to access the sauna. Not only are the hours limited (10-6) but these clowns tried to charge me 35 euro to use it. No discussion of fee online. Most hotels it’s free when you’re paying what we did. 3. Only one person could communicate really well in staff. All nice pp but it lead to confusion with dietary restrictions at restaurant and also we ended up with an extra meal we didn’t order but my wife is nonconfrontational so we sucked it up. 4. The most ridiculous part was we didn’t have any control of the brand new thermostat in room. Like zero. Couldn’t turn off if we wanted. I had to CALL UP THE FRONT DESK EVERY TIME I WANTED IT ADJUSTED! This wasn’t a fix, this was the system they had in place. 5. If I sound unreasonable then please go ahead and book but otherwise. Steer clear. PS almost forgot, we’re thin to normal sized pp. we barely fit in enclosed shower. No way someone 200lbs is fitting in there.

Great hotel stay, super friendly staff

Most of the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately we got misinformed by a recently new member of reception. Instead of finding out the right information he told us the wrong information. Thankfully it worked out ok. An expensive error but could have been a bit worse. Josh in the bar was extremely helpful and friendly. His espresso martini was the best I have ever had.

Convenient area. The hotel does have a first come first serve parking lot. But there is parking to be found within walking distance around the hotel. Highly recommend!

The Address’ decor was very nice. Staff was friendly. Plenty of places to eat at in the area. A lot of shopping options. The area felt safe. Would highly recommend.

Really loved the property and location. Staff were mostly pleasant, the restaurant/bar team awesome all the time, front desk was meh… few times it felt like always having an extra fee for simple things, but overall would stay again.
