The hotel and front desk staff were fantastic! Very accommodating and helpful. The bar staff struggled, not fast and all seemed new. Location of hotel is great for the park venue, but a ways away from central temple bar district.

Room was comfortable and clean , was overly warm and I reported to the desk. The breakfast offered was good but service wasn’t great. Took three attempts to order coffee and no turnover over glasses , dishes in self service buffet. Staff were asked numerous times for glasses, area needs more oversight.

The worst room ever, and I paid $384. I wish I could upload a photo of the size of the “queen” bed. The mattress was so old and cheap it bent in the middle and you could feel the metal springs in your back. Cheapest form furniture. The soap dispenser pump in shower was broken too.

Amazing location and rooms are super spacious! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dublin. We go the bus outside the train station to and from the airport, it’s a quick 10min walk down the river to the Main Street. Lovely space to have drinks/food in the hotel too☺️

We stay here most years when working at Croke Park stadium (literally right across the road), and it is always a solid choice. Quite expensive, as with everywhere in Dublin, but very comfortable, with decent food and great staff.
