Had an excellent stay, gorgeous hotel, perfect location walking distance to everything, and very quiet room no noise from outside at all, and black out curtains meant I had a great night sleep!

I was put in an accessible room which I hadn’t booked and it wasn’t very nice. Also, the toilet was clearly blocked prior to my arrival. Quite disappointing as I was looking forward to it.

Great location, great communal areas. Style over substance and the rooms let it down. Felt tired, bathroom had a few marks, slight smell of sewage in bathroom and air con barely worked. No real amenities in the rooms (no slippers, dressing gown, coffee machine etc).

Perfect Location for Dublin ! Easy walking distance to Temple Bar area and all areas of Central Dublin. Staff at Hotel are excellent - from check-in, bar and coffee shop/cafe' area and restaurant - we visited all and this was a very professional, warm and friendly team ! Rooms are a bit small, but no need to be in room in Dublin ... so irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.

The air condition was not working in our first room and after the second nice the staff kindly relocated us to a new room. While the new room had working air conditioning and slightly bigger, the shower drain was clogged and we rushed our showers to not cause a flood. We did mention this to the hotel staff, but it went unfixed. Overall, good hotel in a prime location to downtown and all the touristy things to do in Dublin.

A new hotel from the Hoxton chain. Superbly located and on the whole comfortable and cosy. But unfortunately the room wasn’t ready for a 4pm check in - a full 2 hours after the hotel policy and when I raised the fact the shower wasn’t draining to the staff it returned later in the evening to see it still wasn’t draining - so I had to shower with water on/off intermittently to prevent flooding the floor. A nice new concept hotel - but clearly has teething problems

Room lacked a proper closet, just had a small armoire/locker. Room was not tidied while we were out but perhaps we were too slow to get going. No facecloths in the bathroom. Lovely property, though, in a vibrant neighborhood. Great location
