Request for early wake-up call did not happen even though it was recorded in the Reception book. A very poor show which could have had serious consequences.

I had to pay 70 € extra to saty in the room that i have booked and payed fully online and the reason is that i have bring my other kids and the receptionist said that they should book another room. The room that i have booked online should has 1 extra large queen size bed and 2 single beds and i can add a cott for my baby. So what now the room should fit me and my wife and 3 kids what is the problem. And why i have to pay for the same room more money if they say that we will be charged for more breakfast. It will be logical and it shouldn't be 70€ extra.
I have tried to contact expedia but it looks like it needs some one expert.

The Rose Hotel is a "throwback" to Old World Elegance. Everything about this hotel is plush and elegance. The Staff is wonderful. The rooms are posh. The Dining Room is elegant. The whole experience is a return to "Old World Elegance". This is a most wonderful hotel

We appreciate that property offers accessible rooms but that was certainly not our request. Both rooms we got, had accessible bathrooms which means no shower cubicle or bath tub. The wash basin was very low and awkward to use.

Very beautiful hotel. Our room was very clean, staff was very friendly and honest! I was charged twice but didn’t know it until I was notified at check out by reception staff. I was quickly issued a refund. Would highly recommend this hotel.
