The hotel and scenario are breathtaking. The staff (from front desk staff to servers, cooks, bartenders, etc.) were amazing with their customer service, congeniality, and attentiveness. I was here for a family event and was able to fully enjoy myself. My massage experience was great as well. The food was well prepared with tasty options.

Beautiful and clean, but very noisy in the evening (night club with DJ around the restaurant) and very crowded around the pool area.

Comfortable rooms and great breakfasts with anything you might want from fruit and yoghurt, prosciutto, cheese and cured salmon to eggs and bacon and a wide range of cakes plus excellent cappuccino and fresh orange juice. The pool is a good size and snacks, coffee and gelato are served at Very reasonable prices all day. It is not quiet as it is open to non residents and a very popular spot for locals and visitors to the area to meet up. The restaurant is a bit of a disappointment with very limited choices especially for anyone staying more than one night. The beef (tartare or steaks) and desserts are great but there really is very little else. It's a far cry from when we first visited some 25 years ago and were knocked out by the range of food on offer...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great swimming pool, especially after you've just ridden 100 miles through the Dolomites. Their restaurant is in a separate wooden constructed building close to the pool. Great atmosphere in side. The serving staff were a little stressed, but very helpful. The food, full priced, was superb. Portions adequate but not large. If you're hungry you'd enjoy 4 courses. All 11 in the group really enjoyed their meal.

Relaxing hotel with great amenities.

Very helpfull and friendly staff, room was cousy. Area is very nice, but ther is nothing you can do without car.

The ambiance was wonderful! It's very tranquil in the mountains! However, I expected the sauna to be part of our hotel amenities... it was limited hours and an additional price. We were very disappointed about that. The restaurant on site was a disappointment--health food only... no pizza and 1 pasta dish offered in Italy! It was also way over priced. We were very disappointed. 3 beers were 20€, which I also felt a bit expensive.

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very nice and open in the nature.

A few days spent between the Dolomites and Venice. Perfect place to stay, chill and explore. Hotel and staff were all very pleasant and the nearby historic and attractive town of Vittoria Venetto has several bars and restaurants. Highly reccommended.

Beim Pool war es leider sehr laut (Musik)und voll. Vom Wellnesscenter gibt es kein Prospekt. Wäre gut zu wissen, was es alles gibt (Behandlungen/Massagen). Aber sehr schöne Umgebung mit viel grün und nettes Personal.

Die Lage, der großzügige Poolbereich, Fahrradgarage für E Bikes, due Nähe zu den Prosecco Hills, Passo San Boldo uvm.

Mögel på rummet. Dålig ventilation. Baren inte öppen. Betydligt sämre rum etc än bilderna. Inte prisvärt. Fina utemiljöer en sommardag Mycket bra restaurang (men exklusiv och enbart middag)
