Everything was perfect! The villa is beautiful, rooms are cosy and location is great in terms of being close to parking lots from which escalators can be taken to town while still far enough from town to have a 'village' feeling. I highly recommend!

We were greeted with a warm welcome from Annamaria. The whole complex was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and copious amounts of hot water in the shower. Breakfast was good and the scenery stunning. It is a 15-minute walk downhill to Spoleto (and a 15-minute walk UPhill to return!!). This was not a problem for us as we enjoy walking. The city of Spoleto is truly amazing, and the travellators and lifts helped to negate the steep roads within the town.
