Everything was amazing! Accomation clean and modern, quiet and kids happy on the slides and pools and lake. Not great if you want entertainment as there is no entertainment and only 1 restaurant/bar but for us that wasnt an issue. It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff could not be more helpful! Always giving advice and offering the free shuttle to places for us. Completely amazing holiday!

A family and kids friendly hotel with ample activities for kids and everyone. Great and clean pools for elder and kids. Nice warm Jacuzzi pools to relax. lot of space to hang out and sit outs. The best part, beach is just at the end of the property, which is clean.
It would have been a cherry on top if they have food/drink services near the pool. View from the balcony is great.
We booked triple room which was pretty good for a couple and small kid. Only thing which was not clear while booking thru hotels.com, that there is no stovetop/hob in the triple rooms. It mentions about the cookware, dishware etc. but there is no point having cookwares if there is no stovetop. However, the room was equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The triple room size felt smaller than listed 30 sqm including balcony.
Suggestion is to book the apartment if travelling with family/kids and plan to have the option to sometimes cook. Please also note the option to eat out nearby is also limited.

Our second time at this location and once again did not disappoint. The amenities are excellent, pools clean, with new hot tubs which we all loved. Great access to the lake and lots to keep our two young boys amused.
Loved the new restaurant as well, good food with great views - only one suggestion would be to offer something during the morning and lunchtime downstairs at the new location which is more affordable for families (bar lunch menu perhaps?), similar to what used to be offered. But that's a minor gripe.
Will be looking to come again at some point. Fully recommended.

We were really surprised by the quality, cleanliness and facilities offered by this property, we had a great stay and would have stayed longer had they not been fully booked. Fantastic views made even better by the cheap hire of kayaks and paddle boards to explore the lake. Highly recommended.

Excellent location. Lake access is great. Pool is great. Not too busy. Easy to find sun loungers. You can hire paddle boards and kayaks. Jump off the jetty etc. Cafe is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay. Definite wow-factor outside. Although you need a car as there is nothing really nearby. But the accommodation is pretty basic with the apartment redecorated but unable to hide the fact that everything is a bit dated. If the inside was as nice as the outside I would return !

Accommodation was comfortable, clean and a good size. Every room has a balcony with a lovely view of the lake. The grounds/pool areas were lovely-very clean and well-maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great holiday but the only slightly negative comments would be:
1) the accommodation would benefit from a grill and/or oven
2) a massive drawback was there were no toilet facilities by the pool; we had to go back to our apartment (on the 1st floor and we have 2 children). We could use the restaurant but only if we were dry.

This place was a real joy. We booked the superior 2 bedroom apartment and it was spacious and exactly what we were hoping for. The grounds are well kept and at least when we were there (late May) were not crowded at all. The staff was great and very helpful. Overall, brilliant for a family break.
Of course, no place is perfect so these are the things that we think you should consider when booking: there is nothing in the immediate walking distance. This place is quite isolated and you MUST have a car to get in/out of the resort. There is a small restaurant in the hotel but it's nothing special so for dinners/lunches you must drive. It didn't bother us but some might find it important. Also, there is a small charge for baby cot. Just another small thing to be aware of.

Stayed in a 2nd floor two-bedroom apartment. Lovely views of the lake and mountains. Gardens were beautiful and well looked after. We enjoyed time at the pool and swimming in the lake which is accessed from the gardens. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. Never crowded at the pool and there were always available sun loungers. Had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Stayed 8 nights at self catered apartment overlooking the lake - the bedrooms had a/c whereas the rest just a fan which was fine as the apartment had a good breeze once patio doors opened. There was a restaurant open 2hrs at lunch and dinner and the food was very good (wide choice for vegetarians). Pools are clean and plenty of space for all residents
