Lovely location and our suite was nice. The couch was rather uncomfortable and would have been better with some throw pillows. No coffee service in the room, but outside in the little seating area. Staff at front desk was sparse at times. Was not a problem to walk a bit in the morning to the breakfast spot.

Wir hatten von Samstag auf Sonntag im Lasser Haus in Brixen ein Komfort-Doppelzimmer mit Stadtblick im Erdgeschoss gebucht. Das Haus wirkt insgesamt renoviert und befindet sich in einem ansprechenden Zustand; auch unser Zimmer war frisch modernisiert und verfügte über ein großzügiges Badezimmer.
Umso größer war jedoch unsere Enttäuschung über die tatsächliche Lage des Zimmers. Obwohl wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss gebucht hatten, blickten wir durch zwei kleine, vergitterte Fenster direkt auf eine Betonwand auf Augenhöhe, welche die unmittelbar vorbeiführende Straße abstützt. Von „Stadtblick“ konnte in keiner Weise die Rede sein – vorbeifahrende Autos waren hingegen sprichwörtlich „zum Greifen nahe“. Die Bezeichnung Tiefparterre wäre deutlich treffender.
Der gravierendste Punkt war jedoch das Frühstück am Sonntagmorgen. Beim Check-in wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dieses im Haupthaus, dem Badhaus Boutique Hotel, rund 100 Meter entfernt auf der anderen Flussseite, serviert wird. Als wir dort gegen 8:30 Uhr eintrafen, war der Frühstücksraum vollkommen überfüllt. Auch nach 30 Minuten Wartezeit wurde kein Sitzplatz frei. Das Personal wirkte angesichts der Überbelegung überfordert, hilflos und wenig bemüht, eine Lösung zu finden. Das im Zimmerpreis inkludierte Buffet-Frühstück konnte somit nicht eingenommen werden. Beim Auschecken wurde uns lediglich 15 Euro pro Person abgezogen, das bei einem Zimmerpreis von 276 Euro. Von Kulanz kann man hier nicht sprechen.
