Breakfast was not good enough, it was not explained what was on offer before paying for it. Room really clean no issues with the room at all. Great location across the road from the train station and bus stop for the airport.

Perfect place for a one night stop over, very clean and modern and next to the train station. The room is small, which we were aware of so it may not be the best for a long stay but we were happy with it. It was also very quiet and safe. As others have said, it's not the easiest to find but as we were aware of that and knew it was on the first floor it was all good. The staff were helpful before arrival and responded to emails quickly.

Staff was excellent! Brought our breakfast directly to our room. Room was spacious and clean. Overall a great and convenient stay.

The location is great for whose who need to get on bus to airport very early in the morning. Many food options around, walkable to the center of the city.

The location to Milano Centrale train station can’t be beat. It was a little difficult finding the entrance. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and appreciated the additional security measures since the reception is not manned 24 hours a day. I did find it a little deceiving that the hotel description said there was a bar…I didn’t see one. We had a nice stay, but our biggest issues were concerned with the room. We knew the size was small, and that was no problem at all. Our TV remote did not work properly or consistently, there were multiple light bulbs out, and unable to sort out the room’s AV unit to control the temperature, it ended up being very warm and using the remote control didn’t seem to do anything. Overall it was a fine stay, but for the cost (I do recognize it was during the Olympics) was not worth it and wouldn’t recommend to other unless nightly cost was under $200.

Superb location and we were able to check in early. Lovely staff and breakfast. Small but perfectly formed.

The missing star is only because they don’t have a mini fridge in the room. The location is spectacular, right next to Milano Centrale Station. Room was cleaned everyday, super important when returning from a long day of exploring. Definitely will book again.

Great location

Location was near the train station. Not too noisey. . Bed and bathroom was clean. We felt safe. The staff was helpfuul, professional and accommodating. Breakfast was good. other than the roach in the shower, it was whether the price

Great location, very helpful and friendly reception

Conveniently situated close to the Milan Central train station. Rooms were clean however our shower and sink both leaked, so had to limit the shower times otherwise it would flood the floor. The doors were very thin and we could hear everyone checking in late until 11pm, and could also hear the lift doors banging open and closed every time someone used it, which kept waking us up.

It wasn’t easy to find at the first but once you have found the place it was easy to go in and out at the convenient location

Great location and really smooth check in after we had found it... it is hard to find due to limited signage but worth it when you do. Staff friendly and helpful.
