Ho soggiornato due notti in questo hotel e nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatta. La camera è minimalista ma dotata di ogni comfort, il bagno è piccolo ma funzionale. La terrazza, ampia e potenzialmente molto piacevole, purtroppo risulta trascurata e abbandonata. Lo staff è stato sempre accogliente e cortese. La colazione è davvero ottima: varia, abbondante e con opzioni anche senza glutine. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. L’unica vera nota negativa riguarda la pulizia: molta polvere in camera e nessun intervento di pulizia durante il soggiorno. Lo consiglio.

Restaurant is closed as its out of session, The hotel boasts about being 4 star? Dont know how, the runs are very old fashioned and not very comfortable, the Bed was very uncomfortable. Also lights where in need of changing in Reception as they where flickering excessively.

Hotel comodo per spostarsi tra le colline del Roero. Composto da due unità, una fa' parte di un'ex Motel, l'altra un albergo vero e proprio. Eravamo nella parte Motel, camere comode doccia piccola, nel complesso ben tenute e pulite. Posteggio dedicato. Non abbiamo provato il servizio della colazione

Zimmer sind ok groß und geräumig aber das Bad ist viel zu klein, in der Dusche passen nur Kinder. Parkplatz vor den Zimmern ist für 2 Autos gedacht aber ebenso, viel zu klein passen keine 2 Autos. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich. Preis ist etwas zu viel für ein B&B

Purtroppo, si trattava di un motel camuffato da hotel, con diverse lacune: mancante il bidet, stanze sporche e con bisogno di miglioramenti. Il finestra era oscurato da tende non oscuranti ai lati. Trovata la porta aperta all' arrivo quindi sono entrate molte zanzare.

Tutta sta attenzione a non sprecare e sti stickers ovunque li trovo inutili da parte di B&B Hotels. Poi trovi il frigo acceso e vuoto. Lasciatela una bottiglietta d'acqua almeno, ti alzi di notte e cerchi un sorso d'acqua non lo trovi. Non ha senso

Aucune connection wifi Quand on demande un accès, la réceptionniste nous indique qu’ un technicien doit venir Une demi heure plus tard: aucun retour de leur part. Unique information : le technicien t’arrivera dans la nuit. Aucun besoin de wifi la nuit! Salle de fitness hors service pour cause de Covid. Or 4 ans auparavant elle était également hors service Le petit déjeuner est très simple et non qualitatif Les chambres sont confortables mais peu isolées et on entend les portes, les autres voyageurs marcher dans le cou leur (parquet)… Les 4 étoiles ne sont absolument pas représentatives de l accueil et du service de cette hôtel.

Sicuramente non si può considerare un hotel 4 stelle. Trattasi del classico Motel. Bagno minimale e sporco, aria in camera viziata per la presenza di condizionatori vecchi e rumorosi. Non lo consiglio.

Personale gentilissimo e cooperativo, struttura un po' datata ma valida, da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta pero' di piu', sia come pulizia della struttura , sia come colazione, un 4 stelle non puo' non avere nulla di salato, frutta, se non a richiesta, li deve almeno esporre. 90 euro di camera li chiedono. La piscina è valida ma l'apparente assenza di assistente bagnante (mai visto in 3 ore di permanenza) non va bene, oltre al fatto che alcune famiglie presenti con bambini (non è colpa dell'albergo, sia chiaro) hanno permesso agli stessi di giocare a pallone indisturbati arrecando notevole disturbo, un assistente (presente) lo avrebbe evitato. Si puo' porre rimedio.
