It’s only a short walk from the main Santa Maria Novella terminus, so reduced my stress about train, tram and bus times. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, always smiling and happy to help with anything. The rooms were beautiful, well stocked, clean, bright and big! Great views from all 3 rooms we booked. The late checkout (12pm) was a game changer in terms of maximising our final morning in Florence.

This hotel was a B&B hotel, so only breakfast, but there was a kettle and tea bags & Coffee if you wanted to make drinks, only problem it would have been nice to have proper cups and glasses, not paper one’s.

Right in the heart of Florence, short walk to everywhere! If you are walking from the train station, the sidewalks can get a bit bumpy.. rooms are small but that is to be expected in Florence. A great stay and very friendly staff!

We had a wonderful stay at B&B Hotel Firenze Laurus al Duomo! The location is excellent—quiet yet very central, within easy walking distance to the almost all historic sights. The room was clean, comfortable. The breakfast included is a buffet and the food is very delicious view is incredible on the 6th floor roof top. At there, you can easily see Duomo di Firenze. The hotel also upgraded our room for free. We truly appreciated and would happily stay here again!

The hotel is EXCELLENTLY located, less than two blocks from Il Duomo. The staff was amazing and friendly (Simona, Wael and Larissa) I booked two rooms for my wife and I, and my in-laws, and each room was greeted with a wine bottle. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options to eat, and we had a super COOLING A/C that made the room extra COMFORTABLE to sleep. So far in our vacation, this room provided the best sleep. With all this said, the only reason the property did not get a 5 star rating was because they no longer have the rooftop terrace open at night. When we stayed there in May 2022, it was available for people to go up and have wine, tapas, and enjoy the AMAZING and CLOSE view of Il Duomo, one of the main reasons I chose to stay once again here. I'm very sure other guests will enjoy this hotel because it is great, but since I experienced it when night rooftop access was possible, this time around I couldn't give it 5 stars 😒
