Borgo Romantica - Resort & Spa

Wonderful hotel and spa, would recommend, not too far from the harbour town easily walkable with a free shuttle bus if you want it. On site restaurant is average, better food in the town with lots to choose from. Rooms were spacious and well maintained.

Welcoming atmosphere, excellent staff interactions with help with transfers, luggage, and local transportation, overall clean and efficient operation, beautiful pools with excellent snack bar and adequate breakfast bar, personalized service, including a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday!

Ten thermal pools are the highlight of this hotel. Delicious food. Too much uphill walking from our room to the facilities

Traditional Ischia Island Spa with confortable and convenient facilites although a bit dated. The staff are very professional and extremely helpful. Great value for all inclusive Spa experience. Enjoyed stay very much.

Great hotel and staff, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing few days in Sant’ Angelo.

We stayed 6 nights. The resort is very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff is very cordial. We had cocktails in the bar every night and David was wonderful. He even helped plan our friend’s birthday party. Beneditto was great too. Excellent service by all the employees we encountered.

The hotel was good but you need to be fit or rent a car as its a very steep hill to get from the road to the hotel, its also a very steep road from the local town to the gate to the hotel, or a very steep road from the hotel gate to the any of the local towns. If you rent a car tour the island and try different places to eat, excursions from the hotel are limited, or do stay on the complex do nothing other than soak in pools and spend your cash on body treatments

Nice views from the room,friendly staff but terrible breakfast....the pools were good but they close slightly early.

We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of a 2 week tour of Italy. Prior to arriving at the hotel the communication between myself and the reception staff was fantastic. Our first room was very large and then part way through our stay we were upgraded to a sea view room which was beautiful. It is a great hotel and the 13 thermal pools are amazing. There are plenty of sun loungers so not having to reserve one first thing in the morning is great. The rule about having to wear a swim cap (which we had to buy at the hotel as we didn't have one) should be enforced as we saw several people in the pools without caps then wondered why we had to buy one! The clientele is mainly older adults I would say 55+. We did not try the lunch or dinner menu as we had only booked bed and breakfast. The breakfast selection was more than adequate with a selection of pastries, bread, yoghurt, cereal and fruit. The only hot food is bacon (which is fatty) and scrambled or boiled eggs. The hotel is up a very steep hill! So walking to and from San't Angelo is quite a trek. The hotel do run a free shuttle service although this is only at specified times. We used the transfer service back to the airport and I couldn't fault this. Overall a fantastic stay and I would definitely return.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht an guter Lage, jedoch ist es ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service war in Ordnung, teils etwas lange Wartezeiten. Minus: Zimmertür war blockiert und wurde erst beim zweiten Mal durchs Fenster klettern richtig repariert. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht ganz zuverlässig. Dünne Wände, Nachbarn waren gut hörbar. Versteckte Kosten: Badetücher kosten pro Tag 3 Euro. Plus: Silvestro (Barkeeper) in der Sky Bar. Location, Garten, Bäder.

Molto bella la struttura. Davvero consigliabile!

Parco termale

Sono tornata dopo 8 anni ed è rimasto tutto uguale nonostante il Covid: personale gentilissimo e struttura curata nei minimi dettagli: Appena posso ci ritorno

Struttura buona, buono il parco termale, buono il cibo, poco gentile il personale addetto al servizio in sala e alla reception.

Miglior aspetto: la tranquillità Peggior aspetto: l'organizzazione

Finalmente un Resort&Spa ad Ischia degno delle 4 stelle!!! Ottima la struttura, con vista mozzafiato su Sant'Angelo, e degna della definizione "Parco Termale" l'area piscine. Camera spaziosa e pulitissima, provvista di tutti i comfort. Sin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo riscontrato un'ospitalità genuina in tutto il personale, cortese e sempre sorridente. Cucina ottima, da provare: dalle abbondanti porzioni dei piatti freddi del Bar, alla cena con antipasti a buffet (pericolosi per la linea :D ) e primi e secondi a scelta. Unica pecca...il poco tempo a disposizione per goderci tutto questo, il week-end è volato.

Traumhafte Lage oberhalb von SantAngelo, das mit dem Shuttle oder in 10 Gehminuten sehr gut erreichbar ist. Die Anlage ist 50 Jahre alt und nach unserem Eindruck ziemlich original so erhalten. Das hat Charme, heisst aber auch, dass die Zimmer entsprechend klein sind. Wir haben die Junior Suiten gebucht, die dann die Grösse heutiger Standardzimmer hatten. Das Publikum waren vor allem ältere deutsche Personen. Man kann sich aber auch als Familie dort wohl fühlen. Unser Hund war ebenfalls sehr willkommen. Die Atmosphäre ist allgemein sehr gemütlich und familiär. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal!

Note dolenti, il prezzo, molto più alto tramite sito di quanto avremmo pagato presso la struttura; La camera, ricavata in un cortile sotterraneo, senza luce e senza aria:inquietante. Per il resto, la posizione è splendida e il personale della reception favoloso. Piscine e ambiente circostante di buon livello, per chi ha bisogno di tranquillità.
