Everything was prefect

Good stay at BV President Hotel. Driving distance to city center. Convenient and functional room. Parking right on spot. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices and fresh cornetto, delicious!! Eggs cooked to order. Breakfast staff on the spot super responsive and helpful to understand our orders in foreign language, kudos. On the ball !! Thank you again to them in particular, made our stay.

Bed was hard as a rock! Air conditioning regulated by front desk. HOT in the room and you need to ask the staff to adjust it from reception. No slippers as advertised, you have to ask and they give you cheaper version than ikea.

Nice place, nice location, parking, nice breakfast. Clean room. Refrigerator needs to replaced with a compressor type new one. Old (micro chip type) gave us ice on request however. no complaints. Microwave would be a huge plus Thanks

Not a four star hotel. At most 2.5.

Music and party outside until 4am

Very clean and modern. Found the bed to be very hard but other than that, very nice. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I would like to see 2 towels per room

We stayed one night to break up a long drive. The hotel is nice for a basic along the highway spot. It seems to cater to groups and meetings. The room and bath were clean but nothing fancy. The on-site restaurant was good. Nice breakfast included with great cornetti.

It was a great hotel especially the staff were very friendly, I arrived late at night and I requested them to provide some food. Even though the restaurant as closed, one of their staff was very kind to give me and colleague some food. Really appreciated their service and thank you

The Staff Service on the Phone was Amazing. Very Nice. Polit & Helpful. My Niece was traveling for School from Cuba and due to Covid was not allowed to go to the Hotel. The hotel arranged for her to have the Stay at a Later Date. They were amazing in their Customer Services.

Nice hotel with great dinner and breakfast options. The beds are a bit hard, but not uncomfortable to sleep on. We did go to the resturant for dinner and didn’t get some food that we had ordered, i think it was a lost in translation thing though. Walkable from train station in the town.

Nice newer hotel clean and modern. Only wish the restaurant would open earlier than 7:30pm for dinner.

Clean hotel room, reasonably new located North of City. Nice to have a restaurant for an evening meal after a long day of driving

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke English well. We ate at the restaurant and found it to be excellent. The local area is limited so having a good restaurant on site was helpful.

The hotel was still somewhat under construction when we stayed. The hotel is really nice and updated, however not everything is 100%. We were lucky enough to stay there while a Girl d'Italia team was there to see them. The air conditioning was only available once we called the front desk, and it barely worked. Given that it was 91°F(32.5C) we needed the air conditioning to work. The hot water also wasn't working and the best we got was room temperature water for a shower. That being said, I'll give it 4 stars because the customer service was incredible and went above and beyond. A member of my family lost their passport and the staff walked him to the Train station and Police to file reports to do every thing they could to help find it. They front desk was also very friendly and held our bags for a couple hours after check out. I'm sure this place will be great once they have ironed out all of the kinks of opening a new hotel.
