There is no front desk at this property. Guests will receive an email within 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests must however request an exemption voucher in advance and present it with an identity document on arrival.
