Great breakfast with lots of choices. Good coffee. Very helpful staff. The bed was comfy, and the room was very clean.

The rooms are very small, there’s nowhere to unpack your clothes other than a small rack with a few hangers. The walls are paper thin, you hear everything in the rooms next to you and the hallway. We were there in the summer and had to buy a fan because the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough to keep the room cool. The mini fridge was more of a cooler, it didn’t keep anything very cold and was the size of a shoebox with no freezer. The breakfast buffet was not worth the 12 euros. I’m not sure why we paid for parking because there was no way they were monitoring (didn’t give us a ticket to display on the dashboard or ask us for our car make/model/license plate). They claim to have a restaurant but in the 8 days we were there I only ever saw it open for the breakfast buffet, not somewhere we could go sit down to eat lunch or dinner. Aside from that it was pretty clean, staff was nice, near the mall and highway, and only about 15 minutes from downtown.

It was clean, staff was very nice and helpful with everything. Rooms were cleaned daily, which is good. The sockets in my room weren’t working on the first night, but they fixed it very quickly. The food options in the restaurant wasn’t too good but otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Out of all the sockets only one worked. Property is in poor condition. Lift buttons work if you force press them. Wallpaper in lofts is tearing off. Plug in the bath didn’t work. Awful. No manager to speak to.

The property had a very strong odor of cleaner or air freshener to mask the smell of animals. It reeked of a dirty dog kennel. The rooms were old and run down. We were promised that the rooms were thought cleaned to avoid pet allergies, not the case (2 of 4 rooms had to medicate due to allergies). The prepaid breakfast was also awful.

Hotel is nice with a good location to get a local bus straight into Verona. Staff really friendly. Breakfast really nice. Plenty of choice. Rooms cleaned regularly. Comfortable beds. Plenty of parking.

We booked this hotel as it was advertised with free parking, what wasn’t clear is that the free parking is extremely limited and as such there were no spaces remaining and we were forced into paying additional to park in a “secure” area (the secure area being essentially a separate section of the same parking area). Room was acceptable but the shower area was full of black mold (bathroom had no ventilation). Breakfast was of average quality and selection. Probably there are better options in Verona without the comprise on location, wouldn’t likely stay again.

Lack of practical storage space in bedroom and bathroom. Noisy air con. Lack of ambience in bar area. Lack of English tv channels. Location long way from centre lack of hotel information about local buses etc.

Great location for travelling through, and on site parking. Lovely clean room, and great, friendly service at reception and in the restaurant.

The bed wasn't really comfortable. There were little flies in the room when we walked in and a cockroach outside in the hallway when we came back in the evening. The food quality during breakfast was terrible and the coffee was undrinkable. The hotel decided to start drilling in the walls at 8 am when their clients are still asleep! I understand that work needs to be done, but I'm sure it can be done at a reasonable hour! My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and were supposed to be charged €8 city tax (according to expedia at the time of the booking) but were charged €14. Complete rip off!! Definitely not worth the money - book elsewhere! worst experience ever!

The exterior of the hotel needs some upgrading but I was pleasantly surprised when we got inside. Rooms were spotless and hotel interior looks like it’s been recently refurbished. All staff were very helpful. Food was good as well

Clean and adequate hotel. Recently refurbished and modern. Good WiFi connection. The breakfast is poor quality. The restaurant is OK, but overpriced for what they are offering (we had dinner here one night). The hotel is easily accessible by car, and has plenty of parking available on-site. Not a good location if you don’t have transport (not located close to the city center). Recommend for business travellers
