Champagne Palace Hotel

The staff was very courteous. However, I had an issue with the toilet constantly running and the concierge on duty did nothing while the late night concierge got the job done. Despite this setback, I will probably choose to stay here next November.

Great hotel

The hotel is not clean - fungus/mold in the shower, stains on the walls, and what looked crumbling plaster on the carpet. Bathroom door was partially broken, security lock on room door was broken. Could hear everything everyone was saying in adjacent rooms and in the hallway.

Very tiny room, not what i thought i was getting

The photos they publish have nothing to do with reality, it's a deception, the bathrooms are disastrous, you have to enter sideways, a large person can't fit in there, the air conditioning doesn't work and the room, to say small is an understatement.

Staffs were friendly

Very nice. Close to everything and easy to walk from. Loads of restaurants around.

HORRIBLE. This IS NOT a 4 star hotel, more like 1 check. There is no breakfast voucher or renovation to dining area as listed. There were dirty towels in the room. The hotel is poorly maintained. Bathrooms tiles are falling apart. One thin linen on beds. Power went out and elevator out longer.

This hotel is a few blocks from the train station and very convenient to Roma Termini. The hotel was in great shape. The room was comfortable. The staff were nice.

Clean and comfortable stay very close to Roma Termini. Easy to return to during our 2 day stay as it was centrally located. Helpful staff.

This hotel was in a great location. Some features outdated but very enjoyable. Bags placed in unsecured location before checkin. But had no issues. If packing heavy- great choice. Has working elevator. Would recommend and would stay again.

Stayed at this hotel from 13 January 2025 to 16 January 2025. My experience - If I could give a minus 5 star, I would. Where do I start? I had booked a single room for the duration. This room can induce claustrophobia in people who never had it before. The walls are scratched and has several stain marks. Rushed to the reception and requested another room. The receptionist's attitude was rude to say the least. He demanded 80 euros to upgrade to a double room. It was 9pm and I had a long day. I paid 80 euros and he gave me key to the upgraded room. It was larger, relatively. I left my bags in the room and went out to get something to eat. Came back to the room, went to shower and I smelled human feces in the bathroom. I couldn't take it anymore. I called the reception and reported this. The receptionist came to inspect the bathroom. He was unconvinced and I pointed the bits on the bathroom floor, yet he still didn't seem to believe me. Then he said I can get another room, but I'll have to go down to the reception to collect the key. No apology, no politeness, no basic decency. He was rude and his attitude was such that as if I was lying. By the way, unless you call reception and report that there is no hot water, there won't be hot water to shower.

Great location in a walkable city, I had a very nice stay and the staff is friendly.

Shower is very very very tiny and the hot water was hot only i complained then it became cold water only the ac was only hot the whole time

A place to sleep. For those who complain about this property; you should know exactly what you are getting for what you paid (1/2 the price of other 4 star hotels) making this an actual 2 starts, but enough to get your sleep after a long day touring Rome. Area kind of sketchy (all of Termini area is) but never felt unsafe, and surprisingly, lots of restaurantes around.

Good location. Not a 4 star hotel though. 3 at best.
