Our family of 3, 2 adults and 1 teenager, enjoyed our stay at Condotti Boutique Hotel. The check in process was easy and the staff walked us from the main building around the corner to our building and ensured we were well settled into our room. The room itself was well equipped, modern and spacious for our 4 night stay. The location of the hotel was great, it was a quick walk to the station which was only 3 stops to Roma Termini and 3 stops the other way to the Vatican. The Spanish Steps were at the end of the street (close to the station) and the Trevi Fountain was a 10 minute walk. Many restaurants and supermarkets were within close proximity. Would highly recommend.

Great location. Easy remote check in and check out. Good communication via what’s app throughout stay. This felt more like apartment living, but with daily cleaning and towel service. You are on your own with no staff to interact with personally unless you want to go to the main hotel reception for breakfast, etc. this felt like an Italian authentic experience , but with convenience of hotel services. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for my stay at this hotel! The location was spectacular, with everything close by the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, restaurants, ahopping and so much life around. I stayed with my two kids, and honestly, just by closing the windows, we barely heard any noise at all no issues there. The room was quite comfortable and lovely. Thanks again!

Great location, easy accessible great for anyone who loves shopping, walking distance to most well known sight, I.e Spanish steps just in walking distance. The room are clean, staff friendly and helpful would book again for future returns

Our room was around the block from the “main” hotel. It had its own separate lobby with coffee/tea snack bar. Amazing view over Spagna Plaza and Spanish steps. A bit noisy mid-afternoon into evening, but nothing that a sound machine can’t handle. Location is 100%. Close to metro and taxi stand right outside.
