The front desk is open daily from 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. The guests must contact the property the same morning of check-in via WhatsApp message to confirm time of arrival and possible transportation needs.
