Very spacious clean no carpets. Only complaint shower water runs out onto floor

The cleanliness was on point and the cleaning lady was really nice. Reception was alright, but I had to wait 2 days for someone to come and fix the shower cable, after I had told them 3 times. Even after the shower cable was ‘fixed’ though, there was still water coming out of the shower plate, which developed a small flooding each time I would shower. That, I had told them too. They did offer another room, but I was staying just for 3 nights, so I declined. Okay, in the overall.

We were in this area for a wedding and thought the pictures of Cristal Palace looked nice. We were very disappointed. The city is bleak, and the halls and rooms of the hotel are dark and sterile without any comfort or decoration. It reminded me of a hospital. They put a lot of work into making the photos online look much nicer than the actual hotel. I did not want to stay here at all, so we ended up paying for the hotel for two nights (the front desk did not offer any refund even though we left just ten minutes after arriving) and booking a lovely beachside hotel in Margherita di Savoia 25 minutes away. If you’re reading this, you should do the same!

We were just here for a night, arriving late from the airport and leaving early to go to Naples the next day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Old interior in the room and not a huge breakfast selection, but it had what we needed.

Ottima struttura, colazione buona e abbondante.

Esperienza meravigliosa. Hotel pulitissimo, colazione super abbondante e fresca, personale gentilissimo e attento ad ogni esigenza. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti dall’accoglienza e abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno. Struttura consigliatissima.

Faticosa solo la questione del parcheggio che non è disponibile in Hotel e viene pagato come extra con la macchina consegnata a loro. Per il resto tutto bene, molto cordiale il personale della colazione che è ricca e varia

Ci sono stato una notte durante un viaggio di lavoro. Hotel abbastanza bello, tranquillo ad un prezzo onesto. Comodo il servizio di parcheggio nel loro garage, anche se, purtroppo, a pagamento.

Mi sono trovata benissimo. Personale gentile, elegante e molto professionale. Colazione buona, anche se mancherebbe qualcosa di tipico locale. Ma succhi e cappuccino eccellenti. Stanza pulita e silenzio di notte. Tornerò.

Struttura moderna e ben tenuta, staff cortese e disponibile. Stanza molto pulita e confortevole bagno spazioso e letto molto comodo. Colazione dolce e salata con presenza di prodotti tipici locali. Bella posizione centrale ma riservata, servizio di parcheggio in loco con servizio di car valet. Consigliato.

Ci sono 4 stelle e 4 stelle. Si tratta di un albergo a Andria che non è proprio il massimo della modernità. Le stanze sono essenziali e l’arredo è un po’ vecchio. Sicuramente la situazione COVID non ha aiutato e dunque c’era un servizio essenziale sia a cena che a colazione. La nota davvero positiva è il personale, molto gentile e premuroso.
