Clean rooms and a 10 mins drive to terminal 1

Put into an assessable room which we didn’t ask for. Kettle in room didn’t work. Breakfast was cold and choice not great won’t stay here again.

The check in staff was great and the morning restaurant staff was also wonderful.

The staff was fantastic, shuttle rules are super unclear particularly for arrival. Call first, but I had trouble with that because my phone didn’t have international calling. The bed was comfy but the bathroom was pretty moldy.

The hotel was fantastic the airport shuttle a little disappointing as it tripped us off at Arrivals terminal 1 when we were departures had to walk from one end of the airport to the other

Great breakfast buffet. Go absolutely to the Samarkand restaurant (10 min. walk) for dinner.

Standard 3-4 star hotel. Everything was clean and hotel had everything you’d expect. The room was nice enough, a little plain and the bed was quite hard. Breakfast was fine: cereals, breads, fruit, yoghurt, a hot buffet section with sausages, bacon, eggs, etc. The shuttle bus was free and reliable, it runs on a half hour timetable, or if arriving during the night (12-5am) you call the hotel and they send it out to collect you. Nice enough hotel for 1 night, had the feel of people just passing through, but I guess that’s to be expected of an airport hotel.

Had a short but v pleasant overnight stay there ahead of an early flight the next morning. Towels had been forgotten to be plaed in my room, but otherwise it was all excellent. All options catered for at breakfast, too.

The price was good for a hotel by the airport. There is nothing to do beside the hotel. The only problem is there are hundreds of mosquitoes in the area as soon as you leave the car and even the elevator at least had at least 10 mosquitoes when I was there . It’s not fun

Very expensive

I was kept eating 45 minutes to check in. Then I was told breakfast wasn’t included even though I chose the breakfast option. Then was told the local tax and breakfast would cost 78 dollars. I presented my Expedia paid receipt which showed I only had to pay 1.14 locally. Second hotel in Milan in 3 days that tried to charge way high local tax. Take pictures of your Expedia receipt and the price you paid with breakfast option because later receipt doesn’t distinguish if you paid for breakfast.

Although the hotel is quite nice and the staff are friendly, the menu in the restaurant is not authentic Italian.

Great hotel! We spent one night, and the free shuttle from and to the airport was a plus! Thank you!

The staff are very accommodating, the room is clean and the major factor is very convenient for us to go to the airport as there is a hotel shuttle bus who will take us there and will also pick us up.

U get what u pay for.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights in total. The first night was booked by a tour group, and the second night was booked by myself. I repeatedly communicated with the front desk, hoping not to change the room, because I had to go to the city at 5am the next day and could not come back until 3pm. If there was a price difference, I could make up for it. The front desk attendant FEDERICA firmly rejected my request, saying that the room was fully booked. So I had to get up at 4am, pack my luggage and move out of the room, and reapply for check-in after returning to the hotel in the afternoon. This behavior of not considering the needs of customers is really incredible! So I don't recommend this hotel
