Settimana all'insegna del relax e del divertimento in modo particolare per i bambini. I miei bimbi si sono divertiti moltissimo grazie soprattutto allo staf di animazione, composto da giovani che hanno messo in atto spettacoli molto divertenti,in modo particolare ringrazio Serena,Giusy,Annamaria,e Mary,ragazze dolcissime che sanno come far divertire i bimbi. Le giornate sono scandite sempre da qualche attivita' fatta dagli animatori, insomma non ci si annoia mai.consigliatissimo....bellissima vacanza.

Being Italian I was shocked to see the quality of the dishes being offered in the restaurants. Clearly very cheap options and same dishes would be reproposed every other day. Buffet were not replanished all the time.

The hotel was quite a disappointment. We were there as a couple and had booked all-inclusive. However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for. Included in the all inclusive package was the food, which was more or less the same every day and only water and wine from a tap to drink. We drank from plastic glasses. Every other drink, such as cola, had to be paid for separately with a card at 3.50 per can. I have never experienced anything like this in any hotel. The restaurant was very large, crowded and noisy. You couldn't eat in peace. Guests were constantly walking between the tables to get food from the various stands. There was no free choice of seats. You always had to sit at the same table. There was an extra area for baby carriages in front of the restaurant. the meal times in the evening were only from 7pm to 9pm. the rooms were relatively spacious with three rooms. The two televisions were very small and there were only Italian television programs. The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. But the curtain darkened the room well. and there was a very large balcony including a clo The bathroom was damaged in many places and things like hairdryers etc. were very inconveniently located. In addition, the hair dryer did not get hot, which meant that it took ages to dry the hair. The main pool looked nice but was very small and crowded for the number of guests.

Aria condizionata in camera solo a freddo non possibile per tutto il villaggio a caldo,reception disastrosa che ti spedivano a destra e sinistra per qualsiasi cosa anche per avere le chiavi della camera ! Alloggiavamo al Valentino e le chiavi erano al Calane’ ad un km a piedi!!!! La camera consegnata alle 20 quando avevamo fatto il check in alle 11!! Piscine sporche , camere che non erano mai rassettate di mattina e spesso si dimenticavano! Bella struttura anche se il mare dista 15 minuti di trenino! Il posto al ristorante ci fu assegnato e ci fu detto sarebbe stato sempre lo stesso per tutta la permanenza quando al secondo giorno troviamo persone al tavolo sedute a pranzare con il nostro cognome a quel tavolo, chiediamo spiegazioni al personale e ci dissero va be ci sono altri tavoli liberi accomodatevi li ove era impresso il cognome di altri ospiti i quali ebbero lo stesso problema con noi dopo mezz’ora ! Lo chef era al corrente ma appurammo non avevano calcolato quanti ospiti avevano al pranzo poiché di sera aumentarono il numero di tavolo presenti! Cornetti che a colazione mancavano e per più di 1 ora quando dopo il caos scatenato dagli ospiti si decisero a cuocerne altri che arrivarono dopo un altra mezz’ora! Buono il cibo ma disorganizzati! Peggiori di tutti la reseption ! Per 200 euro a notte in 4 sicuramente si trova di meglio, anche se era la mia prima esperienza con bluserena non penso ritornerò in un loro villaggio!

troppa con arredamento nuovo attesa per la camera. Troppa confusione. Che senso ha non tenere le chiavi al gran valentino e costringere a tornare al calane per la consegna della chiave. Asserivano con sicurezza che non avevo pagato tramite carta. Quanto c'è voluto perchè cambiassero idea! La stanza con arredamento nuovo ma con aria condizionata sparata a mille e quindi gelata! Senza telec TV. Tutte le carenze segnalate non sono state risolte. Si provvediamo, ma non hanno fatto assolutamente nulla!

Bluserena con questo villaggio si è bruciato la nomea del buon villaggio per famiglie. All'arrivo check in da inferno,dalle 10 del mattino alle 14:00 non risultava la prenotazione poiché i terminali erano bloccati,file chilometriche con bambini affamati e strillanti orami anche loro avevano perso la pazienza!! Arriviamo in camera,una puzza di umidità,asciugamani puzzolenti ed umidi,tv senza telecomandi,invasione di zanzare. Arriva il momento del pranzo,tavoli mancanti e non numerati,dovevi litigare per sederti,il buffet inesistente imbarazzante,non soddisfava neanche il fabbisogno della metà delle persone,portate misere,niente buffet di dolci e frutta,una miseria in tutto a dir poco!Anche il personale alle richieste e lamentele di tutta la gente era imbarazzato,una situazione indescrivibile!! Per la spiaggia l'attesa del trenino è lunghissima,altrettanto lungo lo è il percorso in cui ti impuzzolisci di fumo di scarico del trenino. Arriviamo in spiaggia,mare pulito ma pieno di meduse in mare e scarafaggi in spiaggia,un cestino neanche a pagarlo,servizio spiaggia inesistente,non si può mangiare non c'è nulla! Per l'animazione dei bambini,un flop,la mia bambina di 3 anni è una fans della mascotte Serenella ma ovviamente neanche quella c'era e mia figlia è rimasta anche lei delusa!! I bagni senza fasciatoio,la cucina per le mamme non operativa. L'unica cosa positiva è la piscina di acqua salata e quella per i bambini.
