Flying Hotel

Staff very helpful bed was comfy breakfast pretty good for a continental breakfast. Only slight down side was that the room was colder than we would like. When reported to staff they came and looked but stated it was the best they could do. It was a cold night.

Great hotel, staff are excellent, had a family room which was clean and comfortable .Look forward to staying again if in the area.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Minutes drive from the airport. Good value for money. Next door sushi restaurant has tasty fry rice.

Staff was GREAT. Location not great unless you are needing somewhere to sleep close to the airport. This hotel is BARE MINIMUM. Meaning if you need a cot and a bath you are good to go, stay here. If you want a comfy bed, good AC (which AC is not in every hotel, this AC was not working very well at all) and overall any amenities, this is not the place to stay. Again, if you just need a place to sleep and don’t care about comfort, this place is fine. Not the safest location. Also, based on overall patronage, may not be safest place to stay if you are a female traveling alone.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. The Lady in reception was super friendly and helpful. She even arranged reservations in a local restaurant for us. Which was also fab by the way.

We picked this hotel thinking it would be convenient to go to the airport because our flights were at 6:30am. It is more than a mile away from airport, 20 euros for taxi from airport each way, 50 euros for taxi to Turin city center, no other public transportation option. Our room was very small, even for European standard. Just enough room for the bed, one table and 2 bedside stands, no room for even a chair. After we open up our 2 suitcases there was no walking room! Minimal amenity, for example one type of cleaning fluid (no separate shampoo, no lotion), minimal/no vanity space for toiletry. AC took a ful day to cool down (June weather, high 80’sF at peak ). It was our last day before flying out after spending a week in Turin. We initially planned on taking it easy at the hotel, but it was so uncomfortable that we decided to go back to the city center even though it cost 100 euros taxi for the round trip.

This is an absolutely marvelous place! Danielle was there to greet us and answer any questions we had. The room and bathroom were both meticulously clean with fluffy towels and luxurious sheets. A wonderfully comfy bed and soft fluffy pillows (with extras in the closet!) we will be back any time we come through Turin!

Booked this hotel because of the proximity to the airport. Our flight out was really early. It was clean and convenient and plus had a grocery store next to it.

Property is close to the airport

Hotel good. Nice staff. Good breakfast. 30eur to get there from airport in an Uber as the taxi drivers are not interested in short journeys.
